Awesome and trustworthy staff. Roland and Israel are extremely talented mechanics. Rebecca is super friendly and responds fast with great communication. I have known Roland for 15 years, he maintained by first Audi A6 amazingly. I now have a Q7 and he and Isreal are the best. Bought it and he unfortunately found some issues immediately post sale from a dealer. They helped guide me through the pretty intense repair. Roland is the reason I bought another Audi, besides being amazing cars, it's great to have somebody you trust and know won't stear you wrong! Fabulous communication, easy to schedule service. AMAZING 🌟 Easy to find and safe location.

From first conversation with Israel, e-mail exchanges with Roland and in person chats with Rebecca at front desk...AWESOME!! Transparent group and very personable on multiple levels!! Was expecting an extended down time for my A7, but they diagnosed, quoted, repaired and relearned the vehicle promptly and explained exactly what the problem was (in this case, a defective throttle body...busted butterfly valve return spring). GREAT JOB!!! I will use them again if needed!!!

If you drive an Audi, you need to bring it here! Dealership quality with real world experience and the kind of customer service you will not find anywhere else.
I don't write reviews often. The experience I had here was something to tell people about.
Shaun at the desk took his time to explain the work, broke down the cost. The system they have in place is exceptional, you receive texts throughout the process from quote, to work, to invoice.
The mechanic, Roland, genuinely enjoys his work. He doesn't cut corners and in my experience went above and beyond.
At the end, I wasn't surprised by the bill(no gotchas)...I was surprised by how good these guys are! Please see for yourself.

I’m so happy to have found Audi-Werks for my Audi A6. This was my first Audi and they made the service easy and well explained. I have more work to come who will be only done by AudiWerks. Thanks guys.

Audiwerks is the BEST!! Roland and Israel really take care of their customers. We had an ongoing issues with my Q7. We spent thousands of dollars bringing it to other service centers trying to get it fixed. Our places would fix something and then tell me it was something else. We were so done with the car. We had a rejection sticker on the car for over a year. We explained our car issues with Israel. He had us send over all the repairs we had done to try to correct the problem. In a couple day they had our car fixed for a very reasonable cost and passing inspection. We so wish we found these guys sooner. We would have saved at least 5k in repair bills. They even updated the cars computer to the newest software. Most places don't have the ability to do that. Most service centers we talked to don't even want to service Audi's due to the special tools needed to work on these cars. We now love the car we hated. We are no longer looking to trade it in for something else. If you have an Audi or VW, we highly recommend Audiwerks for any of your service needs. They are the best in the area!! Thank you guys so much. We will be seeing you soon for our Q5!

Great service. Very knowledgable about Audi's. They carefully explain the issues and fixes. Reasonably priced. Easy to get and appointment within a relatively short time. I would never go to a dealer when I have the resources and quickness of Audi Werks!

I am always treated with respect at Audi Werks and the issues with my car are clearly explained in a friendly, upbeat manner. I never feel rushed or that they don’t have the time to explain things to me and always feel heard. I know I am in good hands and I trust everyone at this establishment.

As always, Audi-Werks handled the needed maintenance on my car with professionalism. I can drive my AllRoad with confidence knowing that they have thoroughly checked it over while in for an oil change. They rotated my tires based on the mileage since they were put on. I recommend that anyone with an Audi look I to having it serviced here.
