Miguel was amazing! I had to visit an ill friend in Boston but I was having an issue with one of my tires. Miguel diagnosed and help solve my problem swiftly so I could get to my friend in Boston. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. I can't recommend this AutoZone highly enough. And Miguel in particular.

Terrible!!! Went in to Holyoke Auto Zone for 2 quarts of oil. Was in line for over 5 minutes while clerk was talking to friends about car maintenance on his "second job" and completely ignoring me. I calmly put the 2 quarts of oil on a shelf and took my business elsewhere. As i was leaving another clerk was outside on break.

These guys are great. Came in to have them test my battery. Kelvin went above and beyond once we determined that my battery is good. We did some other diagnostics to get closer to the issue and leave with a plan. Great guy. Real. Friendly. Helpful. Great place. Five stars
