I wanted to let you know that Jackie K at the Holyoke Cosmo Prof store on Northampton St is an incredible manager and very professional, helpful and goes above and beyond to satisfy your needs whether it be special orders or anything else. She is a great asset to Cosmo Prof. Five stars is what she deserves...The best customer service person I've met in a long time

I stopped by today and the staff was extremely ignorant. There were two women working who, when asked for advice on different kinds of products told us that “they're not allowed to do that.†Which makes zero sense. If you have no backgrounds on any of the products offered there how are you allowed to work there? I overheard the older women talking to a man who spoke little-to-no English and she was incredibly ignorant towards him. He showed her pictures of some products that his friend was looking for just to compare prices to outside sources— which he clearly said to her. He was very respectful and clear. Her responses were very vague and while she continued to talk to him she raised her voice louder and louder. She told him to come in with his friend who spoke English. All she needed to do was tell him whether or not the products in the store, but instead she caused a scene which ultimately was enough for me to want to put my stuff back and leave. Needless to say I went to Sally's after and the staff was very helpful and eager to help me find the right products for me.

Have been going to Cosmoprof for my supplies for many,many years. Great staff very knowledgeable about all the products,especially all the new stuff that I get reading through our journals and think I have something new??
