Dinosaur Footprints is a unique attraction located along Route 5 in Holyoke, where visitors can explore the preserved tracks of ancient creatures. Managed by The Trustees of Reservations, this small preserve features some of the oldest evidence of life in New England, with fossilized impressions that date back over 190 million years. The site includes hundreds of three-toed prints, likely left by early Jurassic predators like Eubrontes giganteus.

Beautiful area... great walk... NOT LEVEL. I had some issues walking. I was expecting a little more and larger dino footprints, but they are there. Look carefully, some might look like cracks or indents. Under 1 hour for footprints. Hiking and exploring 1 to 2 hours. Saw a few dog walkers. Parking on side of road. Easy...

Excellent examples of dinosaur tracks and other sediment features (like petrified mud ripples). Easier to see if you have a geologist with you (which I am).
Free to visit, small parking lot just off the highway.
