I was surprised when I bought these Brooks sneakers thinking I was paying $97 but they turned out to be $80!! Overall, I'm very happy I bought these as I needed better sneakers as a retail supervisor.

Tons of shoes, Very pleasant, one sales girl in the whole place. Busy at the cash register. Very pleasant women. Who appoligized for boxes for product around the store. She was trying very hard. Good employee.

Ran to the Holyoke mall to buy boots. Website says closes at 7 got there at 6. Girl wouldn't let me in, says there closed and argued with me about what the website says. No wonder why stores are going out of business. No customer service. Spend my money elsewhere
