Consumer Cellular has gotten REALLY big and customer service is going downhill.10 minutes with Becky and she resolved the issue. I can now do a Samsung Switch for a new phone with more memory. No charge! She even said to come back with any new phone issues. These guys are great! I highly recommend them.”

“This has been one of the best transactions I’ve ever had. We sent our car stereo unit from our vehicle to them, and the circuit board was destroyed. For the same cost that we paid for just the repair of the old unit, they ordered a new unit. They set our VIN number to the new unit so it would work in our vehicle. Now we have a brand new unit and we didn’t have to go to the dealership and pay for it to be reprogrammed.
