“I tried and tried to resolve a memory issue on my 94-yr-old mom's cell phone. We are with Consumer Cellular and they said that Google is an app and they couldn't help me with an app on an Android phone! Consumer Cellular has gotten REALLY big and customer service is going downhill.10 minutes with Becky and she resolved the issue. I can now do a Samsung Switch for a new phone with more memory. No charge! She even said to come back with any new phone issues. These guys are great! I highly recommend them.”

“I definitely recommend calling ahead, I think they had one screen for the Pixel 3 in stock and saved it for me. I went with the refurbished option as I'm hoping to get a different phone soon but needed to fix my broken screen in the meantime before it got any worse. This is not an easy model to work with but the gentleman ended up getting the screen in there and it works. For some reason my sound is coming in much better, it's like my top speaker wasn't coming in before but it is now that the screen is fixed ??♂️ Very happy with the repair and the price was very reasonable.”
