Today, March 5th, I made a purchase at your store in Holyoke Mall. I found some lovely leggings in the reduced price clothing department. But these leggings had no price tag and absolutely no hanging tag). I brought them to the checkout to find out the price. The girl at the checkout was very rude and irritated, her name was Daisy (or Désirée, or Dessire). Most likely because my English is not as good as she would like. But my son speaks excellent English and he translated everything I said to the cashier, and also translated the cashier’s speech for me. I asked “how much these leggings cost?” Dessire replied “there is no discount on them and they cost $60”. I asked her “why there was no discount on them, since they were hanging where all the things with a reduced price were?” Dessire responded irritably “because that's the price on the website!” I know that it often happens that prices in a store may differ from prices on the website, especially for discounted items. So I asked her to bring other leggings of the same type, but with a hanging tag and price sticker. To which she replied with even greater irritation “these leggings were the only ones left in the store and there was no hanging tag”. She also asked me if I would take them or not? If not, then ok. But I wanted to get these leggings no matter the price. I just didn’t understand how the leggings ended up in the discounted goods department without a price tag or any tags. Moreover, these were the last leggings. Usually in such cases there is a markdown on the last item in the store. And when purchasing, the goods must have tags. After all, if I try them on at home and they don't fit, I can't return them to the store without tags. I know this for sure. I already had a similar case. Therefore, I asked Dessire these few questions to understand exactly whether the leggings do not have a reduced price and whether I can return them without tags in case they do not suit me. Because of these questions of mine, which my son translated to Dessire, she began to behave very nervously, answering us irritably and with absolutely no respect. How can you address your client like that? This is the first time I have encountered such disrespect. I myself am the owner of a children's clothing store and would never allow myself or my staff to communicate with our clients like that. This is such a lack of respect! And only because my English is not good enough and I often turned to my son to translate my speech for Dessire. I would like you to have an outreach conversation with your staff, especially Dessire. It would not be bad if you punished her by depriving her of her bonus. I think this would be fair to employees like her.

As I was cashing out I had one employee talking bad about another one and then she started talking bad about her manager in front of all these customers that were in line soul unprofessional

I came in to buy my wife a pair of shoes on 2/26/24. We were greeted by a staff who seemed to be talking on the phone using an earbud. We proceeded to ask for help on a specific shoe size. We waited 30 mins and still no staff appeared to come out with the shoes we asked for. We asked again and waited an extra 10 mins. And no one came out with the shoes. We sat and waited for a total of 40 mins. We decided to leave elsewhere. Definitely not the best experience

Went here 2/26 around 6pm, I asked for a shoe, and after 30 minutes of waiting, still didn't receive what i asked for. So I proceeded to ask again, one of the staff members said they'll be right out and I waited another 10 minutes. Total of 40 minutes. Never got the shoe I wanted , So I decided to leave .I left very disappointed. The staff there seemed like they are not interested in assisting customers

I’m not sure what it is with the people who work the evening shift but anytime I ask for a shoe, I had to wait 30-40 minutes.The customer service is horrible. A bunch of younger guys & girls who are constantly talking to each other instead of taking care of us “ customers “.Went here during the day and never had a problem.Someone from higher up needs to do a secret shopper and witness this first hand!

Anytime i go into this store it’s never a greeting, and always snotty looks. I went up to buy a hoodie and the girl didn't look or talk to me. Grabbed my gift card out of my hand, swiped it and answered the survey herself, then proceeded to shove the bag at me. If you try to ask questions, the workers just act like you’re dumb. Coming from a sales manager perspective, this store all around needs better customer service taught or new workers.

The employees accused my friend and I of stealing due to their broken security scanners. Beeped as people walked in and out, few people walked out before us but they accused just my friend and I.Mind you this is after a trip where I've had my car broken into at this mall, as well as after having a card stolen the same night. The fact they accused US when there's clearly thieves all around this mall really struck a nerve.They weren't kind about it either, acting like they "caught us red handed". The entire Holyoke Mall is a cesspool of crime so I wouldn't recommend going anyway, but if you're there and need shoes don't go to Finish Line. They'll accuse you of nothing and act smart about it.

Made a phone call to see if a specific shoe was in stock and the woman on the line was very rude. Said NO! And hung on me wow...haven't even step foot in the actual store I can't imagine how the service would be then. Judging by the reviews on some it would probably be worse. Employees need training in customer service for sure. Better to shop online than to deal with this behavior.

Awful service. Have about 10 employees on the floor but they’re all on their phones and won’t help you. They’ll e ander around on the floor but avoid eye contact or awkwardly hide in the clothes to go on Snapchat. Finally got someone’s attention after having to go up to them and then the took 20 minutes in the back room just to find the pair I was looking for. I thought they had given up half way through so I went and asked another employee and they were just straight up rude. Was also told that they had the size I was looking for and then when a different employee finally brought me the shoes they weren’t even the right size and they proceeded to tell me that we didn’t have the size I asked for.

We may have come at a bad time. The line was so long and slow moving we just left. The shoe place next door we were in and out with a quick purchase. Each party in line was extremely slow moving. Extremely. It seemed like they were handling warranties and doing credit checks or something. I have never seen it take so long to purchase a pair of sneakers. I don’t think it’s the staffs fault… the man helping us called for the shoes two times over at least ten minutes while we stood waiting and then to see the line… about thirty people in front of us… not moving…. People stopping and leaving the register to walk around the side of the desk for unknown reasons… such a complicated, slow moving experience. We won’t be back there. The shoe place a few doors down we found the same sneaker and were out with our purchase within a few minutes.

Horrible idk how they even got 4 stars they should have 0 worst experience buying a pair of sneakers online DO NOT SHOP AT FINISH LINE CANCEL FINISH LINE IS WHAT I THINK HOW IS IT THAT I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A PAIR OF SNEAKERS I BEEN WAITING 2 weeks for when standard shipping its 3 to 5 business days i called they said they will express ship it so i can get them in 2 days two days passed and i still haven’t received my sneakers i call customer service and the best they can do is make me wait a whole another week on top of the 2 weeks i already waited its just crazy to me almost a month to receive a pair of sneaker that they promote to deliver in 3 to 5 business days standard shipping NEVER AGAIN WILL I WAIST MY MONEY AT FINISHLINE AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE
