Absolutely visit I’ve ever had. As I was racially profiled by a cashier over CANDY!!! I was my making my candy selection and I could feel him staring at me from the clerk spot. I was with my partner when this happened, he also grabbed candy as well. When we get to the checkout. Before I can get even think about clicking the “how much 15¢ do you have?” He comes up to me. (Gets all up in my personal space) and starts questioning me. “How much candy do you have” and I politely told him about 20 pieces and he proceeds to snatch the bag out from my hand and says “he’s gotta count to make sure” which I didn’t have a problem with but he kept on with it. “A lot of people have been stealing candy.” “Just doing my job” I would’ve let this all slide, but my partner also had candy you had to count and the cashier just looks at him. Asks him how much he has and doesn’t even check his candy! So now I’m feeling targeted because he only checked mine and throughout the entire transaction I felt like I had my mother with me. And to top it all off… As I was pulling out my wallet to pay. He’s hovering over me asking me repeatedly, “cash or card? Ok you can put it in now. Ok you can take it out. You hit this to get a receipt” like I’m some sort of CHILD. While he wasn’t even talking to my partner about his transaction. Just solely focused on mine when there were plenty of other customers that can be helped. This was quite frankly sickening behavior to come from a mall employee and I will NOT be coming back with him on shift or I just might stop going all together if I’m just going to be treated like a thief. Employees following ey inside the store. This store is absolutely disgusting

If I could give zero stars I would. This store looked like a tornado touched down in it and the staff tried their best to cover. Stuff was literally everywhere. Merchandise was mixed in with trash like cups and wrappers. The staff again looked like they just lived through this tornado they looked disheveled and we're super rude literally screaming the store was closing and to get out. I get it's the holidays but that's not an excuse something tells me this 5 below never looks too great and the staff's attitude is probably about the same. Go to any other 5 below... You have been warned.

Went shopping yesterday. Went in for a car phone charger, & saw some cute cases... but only had them for apple, not android. They have some cute things in this store. Parts of the store were messy & there were two female workers unloading boxes, but then walked away, and didn't see them return. No one acknowledged us until we came to front to ring out. That's when the male worker asked if we needed any help.

Since when do employees touch the self serve to print and give THEMSELVES A 9 I would greatly appreciate it if they stop touching the self serve screen so I can make sure everything was scanned on my part and then I can give a proper rating, staff is very rude and I wasn’t greeted at the front, I have never felt so unwelcomed at a store before fix your attitude thanks

No help. After I paid there is a rate scale that came up on the screen and all of a sudden had the attendant come up behind me with no warning before I can hit print receipt he did and rated his help a 9. Like how no you didn't help or even ask me anything and came up with no warning. I wasn't going to give you a 9.
