I went to Best Buy to bring my gamer PC to remove Secure boot. The work was done immediately. The staff was very friendly and great listeners. I would definitely bring my PC back anytime. I have an issue with it. Good job guys keep up the good work.

Complete shit. Got here at 6 WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Claimed they couldn’t replace the back glass on my phone that takes less than an hour when they had plenty of time and the back glass in stock. Horrible store

I came in at noon on a Sunday with an urgent matter. My work computer stopped working after trying to upgrade the RAM. The guy at the desk told me they would get on it and call me in a couple hours.
They never called.
I tried to contact them for hours but it is IMPOSSIBLE to actually reach a store. There is no way to reach an actual Best Buy store by phone. You can only connect to the Geek Squad call center in India.
After having my computer for 24 hours they hadn't even looked at it. I came in at noon on Monday and they told me they MIGHT get to it tomorrow.
I took my computer back and brought it to Reliable Computer in Holyoke. The guys there took it in immediately and fixed my issue in 15 minutes.
If Geek Squad had just told me they were super busy and couldn't look at it until Tuesday I would have happily taken it somewhere else.
Reliable Computer in Holyoke. I will promote them for the rest of my life.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Never coming back to Geek Squad. They charged me $200 of services I was not informed about ahead of time. Then when I call customer service, they say refund is not possible because I “approved” the services. I brought my laptop in for diagnostics. They told me it would take 2 days, it ended up taking 4 days for diagnostics. When I went to pick my laptop up, I found out they did diagnostics plus system repairs and software installations that I did not ask for. Ended up paying over $300 and they did not even find or fix the issue. Could have gotten a new computer for that. Completely taken advantage of. Never bring your tech here.

This store is atrocious. I went here to purchase a Star Link in May. Not only did they state that Star Links do not work and advised me against it, they also had me order a post for 74 dollars to mount the Star Link. Firstly, it did not need the post. Secondly, they only gave me store credit back instead of my money. I will never go to best buy again. Also, Star Link has been so helpful, so I don't know why Best Buy advised against it. If you need technical direction, DO NOT GO TO THIS BEST BUY PLEASE!

I paid for a 5 year warranty. They refused to honor it and referred me to the manufacturer warranty. They made no attempt to give me any contact information. I spend time on online chat, followed by waiting on hold for 30 min to be told they couldn’t help. The manufacturers warranty is a complicated process and that’s why I had selected the 5 year plan.

Geek Squad was so helpful fixing printer, connection, & computer issues! They transferred me to the right people over the phone & connected remotely to fix the problems, then they even checked my device for any other issues & fixed them too! This membership is priceless, & they're located pretty close-in Best Buy at the Holyoke Mall! Thank you so much, Geek Squad saved the day!

Worse service EVER...the GEEK SQUAD is HORRIBLE!!! Had me buying all different cables and promising it would work and then had me driving an hour to Simsbury for a tablet they didn't have but would work....NOPE...it didn't and they all are HORRIBLE!!!!

Bought a remote start from them with included installation. Just call to schedule an appointment. Tried to call the store, but their phone system doesn’t have an option for remote start install. Hung up on me 3 times before I even spoke to a human. After all that, I was told that the next appointment they could schedule was March 7th, over a month out. Not even at my local store. 40 miles from my local store! Holyoke, and West Simsbury are not available for appointments because their “garage doors are broken.” Tried to reschedule the appointment that I got…no more appointments at any store within 50 miles of me!Safe to say, I returned the remote start and am having the same one installed at Long Radio for $25 less. Full installation. Flat rate. And they got me scheduled for 4 days ahead of my call!So yeah. Support the local company. You’ll save money and a lot of time.

I was trying to find a place to review the geek squad members themselves after my service but never received an email for a review so I decided to leave one here! Ben and Amante helped me out at the Holyoke location and they were extremely helpful, very kind, and easily best experience I have had with the geek squad. Just wanted to thank them for their kindness and loyalty to helping the customer!
