HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I contacted them Dec 24th because my 75" flat screen stopped working. (less than 1 yr since purchase). They told me they were ordering the parts, they did not. They never called me back. It's now 6 weeks later, they were just here, and they still did not bring the correct parts! Another reschedule! Horrible leadership and management. Don't waste your money on these jokers.

They are good at repairing but I feel like if you bring in something older they try to convince you to maybe upgrade. I brought in a Toshiba laptop I've had since 2006 at first the guy tried to say I should upgrade but I've had it for a long time they did fix it and it works good the price was fair.

They stripped screws on my laptop and tried to blame it on me even though they were the last ones to open the laptop. Generally incompetent. Go somewhere else.

Best buy is my favorite place to shop, I have always had good luck with the technicians here, they really know about the cutting edge technology, however I know that this is a retail store and not a repair shop, if you need a repair shop bring your computer to a real repair shop, the ones that charge $100 plus an hour bench time. know body here makes $100 an hour, maybe the manager that’s it.

I went in to Geek Squad with a green line on my screen and broken front camera on my iPhone. These guys were very professional and extremely helpful. I mostly dealt with Jordan (if you're ever there ask for him) who worked tirelessly to help me get this issue fixed for the best price possible. Any piece of technology I have a problem with I will be bringing it back here. I fully recommend their service to anyone.

The Samsung series class 7483-in TV will not update the software so the software to update the software isn't working and it's on auto update and now they want to come in and force it to update and I said no why do I want you to force it to do something when it should be doing it by itself

My father bought me a car starter kit for Christmas and arrived back a few weeks later for the installation the installation said it would be a 2 hour appointment it ended up being a 4 hour appointment and the staff was very condescending and rude both times I was here would highly recommend finding anywhere else for what you need.

Went to this Best Buy store to do some Christmas shopping and take some pictures of the holiday deals and sales that they have going on right now, also because a lot of there pics on google and Yelp are just horrible!! I got told that it was illegal for me to take any pics in the store with out the rental cops permission, and That I had to immediately delete all the pics that I had taken!! I was only trying to try and help the store out. So I obliged and let them have my phone and delete all the pics that I had taken, even though it is not illegal to take pictures of merchandise Needless to say I do NOT and will Not recommend this store to anybody for there lack of big picture thinking!! Also for The rudeness to someone that has only done just a few reviews so far. I was just trying to help them out.
