Their selection has went downhill, the staff is not friendly and I don't feel welcomed when I come in. Been going here for years and this will be my last trip there since the staff doesn't listen to the customer and will argue with the customer. Use to be the #1 spot to go to and now it will not be an option

I've been a regular customer for about a year now and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The people are great, they're very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoy being greeted by name when I walk in. I'm still amazed of how they can offer such a vast selection on a daily basis. I appreciate that HCD gives me a Veterans discount while most do not. And finally, it's very convenient. Though I live in CT, HCD is less than 10 minutes from my employer. I urge everyone to give HCD a try, you won't regret it.
