I definitely recommend calling ahead, I think they had one screen for the Pixel 3 in stock and saved it for me. I went with the refurbished option as I'm hoping to get a different phone soon but needed to fix my broken screen in the meantime before it got any worse. This is not an easy model to work with but the gentleman ended up getting the screen in there and it works. For some reason my sound is coming in much better, it's like my top speaker wasn't coming in before but it is now that the screen is fixed ??♂️ Very happy with the repair and the price was very reasonable.

BEWARE!! - These guys are scammers.. They will tell you that they will replace your screen with a new OEM original panel but then they will install an aftermarket panel. If you notice the difference and call them out they will put your old screen back BUT STILL CHARGE YOU $80 AND STEAL/LOCK UP YOUR DEVICE IF YOU REFUSE TO PAY THEM FOR SCAMMING YOU.Please read the other reviews about this place. The fact that MULTIPLE people take time out of their day to write a negative review says a lot about this place.They quoted me $275 to replace my S23 Ultra screen which is a AMOLED 120hz panel and "guaranteed" it was an original screen. When installed it barely looked like 30hz, color was all off, and the screen didn't even go all the way to the edges. I confronted him saying it wasn't original and he responded by saying I can either pay $350 for a REFURBISHED Samsung panel (why would I pay more for a used screen??????) or he can put my broken screen back on and pay him $80. If you refuse to pay the $80 since they lie to your face about what they're installing, they will lock up your phone and refuse to give it back.There was another man getting his phone repaired when I was there and they ended up breaking his phone and couldn't turn it back on.

After they replace of my screen, Touchscreen start to freeze, I brought to them and they replaced but was mention to me it is my iPhone problem which is not True. So be ready if you’re replacing After Market screen, not original, it could happen, same things or worse. Even with broken screen, never ever had problem freeze touchscreen.
