Very unprofessional staff. Store Manager Sena unwilling to care for her customers or associates. Very poor morale in the store, and employees seem bothered when customers ask for assistance. Many of them had ear buds on, or were on the phone.

This is the worst I have to wait for my mom to get out of work and I just go to the mall just to hang with my friends and I go into JC Penny and 3 lady's look at me and one of them say you keep walking in and out I have not done anything bad and she kick me out in the rain so when my mom picks me up iam all wet she would not let me stay in the lobby nasty place she had the balls to watch me stay out in the rain for nothing I did not steal any thing it's gross and nasty place and makes me feel lesser when I walk in Macy's they are very nice and ask if I want to see any of the Jewelry very good I place I recommend macy and I would like to see that lady fried and is the worts nasty person.

The store was a mess and the restroom downstairs was very dirty. No staff was available anywhere.

When I shop I don't like sales ppl hovering over me much less the security guards. It is an awful experience to be in a store and be singled out by either the color of your skin or the clothes your wearing. The store could be full of ppl (white) and the sales girls or the guard somehow ends up circling around the area you're in. I can do without jc Penny and any other store that behaves in that manner.

I ordered something online they had free delivery to the store so I went there and picked them up they are my favorite sneakers by far and this is now my second pair they are the Easy Spirit Road runs and I love them they're so comfy and this is now my second pair and if I see they're not going to have anymore I just might buy a third pair
