I like the store for variety for petites but I live over an hour away in NH. So, I do a lot of online shopping. Every time I come in with a return I get a poor attitude from a staff member. I was told by someone who use to work there that they get “penalized “ for returns. Like I said I like the Lofts styles and fit but I will have to find a different place to shop if this poor attitude doesn’t stop.

Usually I can find something nice to wear for work, love their pants especially. The staff has always been nice in the store.Prices can be high but quality is good and I feel like they're always having sales.

I love the clothes but the Customer service at this location at the Holyoke Mall is dreadful and horrible. My daughter and I got treated like trash , and we felt very unwanted... Even when asking a question , I was ignored and the sales clerk began talking to another associate.. We also felt discriminated against especially when other customers with blonde hair came in and were able to be serviced....Very disappointed.

Absolutely love the style of clothing that Loft has to offer! The staff were very friendly and made sure to let us know about the storewide sale that was running. Another staff member also was able to help me decide which size to buy based on whether or not the material would shrink. I'm very pleased with the service and product here at Loft!

This is about the company's customer service in regards to billing. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I had an issue with my checking account of 40 years and had to close it and open a new account. When I paid my loft invoice of $29 it came out of my old, closed account. I immediately sent in another payment from the correct account and it was posted prior to statement due date. This month I have a $25 return fee. I called and explained the issue and that the payment was on time. They explained about the fee and refused to remove it. I have never missed a payment nor have I been late. I asked the rep to close my account, which she did. Too bad but customer service represents the company as a whole. I will not do business with them.
