I stop to fill up the gas tank and use the bathroom and the Latina eyeglasses cashier informs me that the bathrooms close at 6 pm a business that sells food and drinks must have bathrooms available for customers... I understand that the area It's difficult but they can't discriminate against customers if they can't have bathrooms available they should close the store and don't spend my money there and I went somewhere else

Car shifted different after fueling up here. Almost like the octane wasn’t true 87. Who knows. Homeless people, people on bikes, people strolling around everywhere. They must just let them loiter.

The Employees are completely unprofessional and have no manners. I literally saw them gas light a customer after specific individuals came into the store and asked them to do they could start trouble with the customer and get them arrested while tarnishing the customers reputation. The Employee was this female in her 30 to 40 working at the cash register. I have seen her do this on multiple occasions.

Terrible Gas Station. Owner will kick customers out for sharing their discomfort with the Homeless and the Mentally Disabled And Dangerous Loiterers… Small Spanish woman runs the register half the time at night who becomes passive aggressive and threatens you with half of Holyoke for sharing your discomfort because one of the homeless ppl is her relative. I’d only get gas and keep it moving. It goes the same for the Dunkin’. I went one time in a year and at 9am they declared that they weren’t making any food because it was too busy and they only had “3 people working”… only coffee and heated frozen donuts that you put absolutely no work in to make. I haven’t left a review like this in a while but gosh darn it, they really go out of their way to make customers feel unwelcome. Yikes!
