Way too busy for the size of how small the store is. You can barely shop around because of how many people are getting their makeup done in the middle of the aisles because there’s no other space. Products are consistently sold out & a lot are seemingly stolen right off of the displays and are not replaced. There are so many children wandering around the store too, and again, it is a very tiny space. I would recommend online ordering instead.

I called earlier today to ask a question for my daughter about a blush and retinol that she wanted and the woman I was speaking to was not taking me seriously one bit. I assume it’s because I have a more high-pitched voice, so she thought I was a child. I am not a child. I am a mother and a wife. While I was talking to this woman, she asked my daughter’s name. You should never ever ask for someone’s personal information like that when it is not needed. I don’t know the name of this woman, but i assume she was in her 20s. I hope that all the employees of this store know that it is disrespectful to hang up on someone trying to ask a question about your store. If you were the woman who did this to me, You should be fired immediately. It was extremely disrespectful and a terrible display of store spirit. Side note, she told me that when my daughter uses retinol, she would look old and wrinkly, and that is a mean thing to say to my daughter, especially since she is a sensitive girl. Thank you.

Was recently at this location 2 days ago and 5 stars for Ariel she helped me! she was wonderful and seemed to be helping all the other employees while also helping me at the same time!!

The women that work in the place are very rude and look miserable sad that as a man I went in to buy stuff for my wife for Valentine’s Day and ended up having to call her and ask her for the help. They should teach the employees how to treat customers.

I was just in store, purchased some items and placed an online order as well- and Ariel was AMAZING at getting me my online order items. Aidan (Aiden? I'm so sorry, I don't know the spelling) was so so SO helpful on the floor, and went into the back twice to look for items that I was looking to purchase. When those items weren't in store, she offered step by step instructions for ordering at the register, and for ordering online. Ariel was SO helpful up at the register- helping me place my order, and working with me when my tap to pay wasn't working... everyone at this location has been stellar every time i've come!!!

Very busy on the weekends! Still adjusting to shopping with young children at the stores. The staff were a little overwhelmed but did their best to be helpful through restocking items and helping a few moms and young daughters find matching shades. I love to see what’s new in the Skin care line and rare beauty. I try not to visit the Holyoke location as much because of some recent events on 22 news. Stay safe out there everyone and be kind to one another!

I had an appointment with proof on my phone to get an eyelash application done and I called to confirm with them and I was told my reservations were lost. They wouldn't honor my reservation I had on my phone. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me she was the manager and that there was nothing they could do for me and I could drive all the way there with my reservations on my phone and they will TRY to help me. Why would I waste my gas to drive all the way over there for them to TRY to help with a reservation I already had confirmed and proof on my phone for them to send me home. The manager was very unprofessional and very very rude. Also Everytime I go in there I'm treated with disrespect and everyone there is very rude. I will never shop there ever again and I will tell everyone my experience with them.

I just bought a Niacinamide serum from The Ordinary at this location, and I dropped it in my bathroom and it broke…. I inquired about getting a replacement and they said that since I was the one who dropped it they can’t give it. That is a ridiculous policy! They can’t spare a $10 serum! I’m very upset with Sephora!
