I was there a month ago. Self checkouts were closed. The one register open had a line halfway down the store. I waited. Went tonight. Self check outs closed again. Line once again half way down the store. I left all my things in the middle of the aisle n walked out. Wasted an hour of my time. Never again!!

Went to the male bathroom on 27 June, 2024 to use the bathroom then bring my son to the bathroom and when I went to put down the toilet seat I touched human feces that was smeared all over the toilet seat. I went to customer service, asked for a manager, after waiting for ten minutes I was told they will clean it and to wait for a moment. Roughly five minutes later another associate was rude, and disrespectful about the situation and acted as if it wasn’t a store issue that should be addressed. The bathroom also didn’t have soap in most of the dispensers, the entire experience was poor and awful. The entire leadership at the Holyoke Target failed to address the issue or provide any real help with the problem.

One star for making me check myself out. I used to grocery shop here a lot. Never again. The one thing Target had going for it was the people. Don't make me do your work in order to report more profit to your stupid shareholders. It's not an excuse. Instead, they pay a guy to stare at me... Marvelous thinking!

Get rid of self check out. It's not VERY useful for anybody with disabilities.
Also, the cashiers is what made the target experience, a target experience.

Went there on a Friday night. Store was a mess. Carts were everywhere. Items were in their improper locations I’m honestly surprised we found anything. I thought we were at a Walmart, not a target.

I live far and don’t want to waste time going up there without knowing if somethings there and they never answer the phones. No matter what department. Even Walmart answers the phone

Electronics department customer service people are terrible. Especially after 3. First you can't find them, second if you do there's two standing around and if you ask for help it's like your bothering them. Target teach your employees that it's their jobs to help me hence Customer Service, which your employees need help and training in.

i never leave reviews but y’all need to get better at answering the phone….i called 9 times!!!! the same department looking for the lost and found and only one time did someone answer just for them to not get back to me and the call ended?
