My daughter and I stopped in this morning for full sets. They came out absolutely perfect! The shape and length is EXACTLY what we asked for! They were kind and the price was very reasonable! 10/10 recommend

When we got there they were closed they were almost closed and when we got there and I can't open for another hour and the girls will be in the my nails and like I'm 11 so she did the best job on my nails and I'm going there this Friday

the salon in the holyoke mass next to macys, the place was filthy! the tech wouldnt listen and didnt do the art i wanted. i was not sure if he spoke english because he didnt say anything the whole time. my nails came out terrible. I only had a gel mani yesterday and im soaking them off tomorrow. lumpy and bumpy. FILTHY! I sat at a desk that wasnt wiped down and put my hands in dust and grime. god only knows what was on that drill bit! my 13 year old granddaughter was with me getting her first manicure and she even mentioned how filthy it was. I am sure the equipment used on me wasn't sterile. my granddaughters gel nails are all over the fingers. peeling off by the afternoon. now I know. Ive looked in there a few times but was nervous since the shooting and death there but this time it was a day with my girl and i thought..why not. yea..no..not going back

My experience in that nail salon was very poor why, due to my daughter, getting her nails done the next day three nails fell off and there are no good and the people that work there. They’re no good either, so I give it thumbs down no good.

Brought my daughter in for her nails today and Jeanette did and AWESOME job! Her nails came out exactly like the photo my daughter showed her! Excellent job!

I would leave a 0 but unfortunately they don’t give you the option they had over charged me and didn’t do a very good job it was 90$ just for a full set nothing else she had did my nails and told me last minute it was 90 over charging for messed up nails

If I could rate them a 0 I would. But unfortunately you can’t leave 0. Come here from work after being told they will take me but didn’t give me correct directions on my gps so I had to walk the whole mall to get to them to tell me the girl left for the night? Then why did you make me come in? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not come here and waste my time. So stupid. Learn how to give rifht instructions.

Small little corner inside the holyoke mall. Amazing service.. went for the first time to get a gel pedicure, and It was amazing.. I can't wait to go back to get a mani and a pedi.

I got a acrylic set for prom, polish on my toes, and eyebrow clean up. Overall I was not impressed with the services. My nail tec constantly kept asking for the time trying to rush because she had another client coming. She questioned why I was matching my nails to my dress because I won’t be wearing that color every day. Then when filing my nails she left the residue on my right hand and continued to the left, I had an inch on my face so the powder was on my face and she took the air blower (to clean the nail residue) and SPRAYED MY FACE. She put an excessive amount of cuticle oil on my fingers and told me to rub it in. When I got my toes only painted my nails were straight and now there not. And when I got my eyebrows done there was wax left on my face after I left and it wasn’t just little spots. Was not worth $90 and the outcome was good but it could have been better. I will not be going back!!Services: Waxing

They messed up my birthday nails. The woman was not understanding or giving me time to explain what I wanted.I'm not happy with my nails. I kept speaking upI called them for a refund and they won't. They won't even change the color but will put a new design.Do not go there if your trying today's nails ideas. They are set in their old school ways. I normally go here to get my eyebrows waxed but today I walked in looking for a gel mani-pedi and they took me on the spot. My pedicure was nice; neat edges and shiny coat. Left me feet feeling super soft and moisturized. My gel manicure was also amazing; my nail tech paid closed attention to detail and focused on redoing my nail if it didn't look right. The atmosphere was super friendly, the owner was working hard checking customers in and out. She was kind and helped customers pick colors out. Everyone around was making conversation and it definitely makes me a returning customer!
