Fantastic customer service provided by the store manager Anna! I am getting married soon and went in looking for a new foundation for the bid day. Went to Sephora initially where they were not too much of a help. Anna took her time to try three different popular “wedding” foundations on my face and let me look at it and make sure it looked okay. Finally came down to one I loved and added it to the pile of stuff we already accumulated. She even took her time to show me around the store of the brush she used on my face and a few other things that I may have needed. Overall great day and great experience with Anna. Thank you! 😊

Absolutely love this location. The employees are particularly friendly and helpful and I always feel nicely looked after when I visit. Doesn't hurt that it's next to Barnes and Noble either!

Excellent! Today I went to get my eyebrows done by Destiny and she was so sweet and so professional! She made me feel comfortable the whole time! If you want spectacular eyebrows, I recommend Destiny!

For a store that has zero perfumes available to be tried and sampled and multiple associates meandering around you would expect someone to help you get into the cases and be able to sample some. Unfortunately that is not the case at this Ulta (don’t waste your time going) the associates don’t try to help you nor ask you if you’re finding anything okay and that goes for the entire store(not just the perfumes).

Every single fragrance item is locked behind glass without available testers for 2/3 of products. 2 different associates walked by me without offering to help when I was clearly looking. I sent my husband in afterwards who had the exact same experience. The layout is poorly organized and displayed. Don’t waste your time- just go to Sephora or Macy’s or literally anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at the Holyoke store. Everyone was very helpful but I want to give an extra shout out to Jailene. She was an absolute delight and made me feel comfortable right from the 'how can I help you'. She took time explaining the different options (it is amazing how much information they need to know about all of the brands) and then selected a few colors that we tried to find the perfect match. It was a success!
Thank you Jailene, your passion and talent was very apparent and appreciated.

Cashier and manager harassed me to get signed up. When asked if I had a rewards account and I said no and they asked me if I wanted to be signed up. I said no again because I do not come to this store at all I was just buying a quick gift. The manager told the cashier to get my information. When I told her that I did not want to be signed up the manager assured me that for a purchase they just need my name and I wouldn’t be signed up. At the end of my transaction I was notified that I was signed up. Very rude and hostile.
