Best Post Office in Holyoke!! The staff is nothing but kind and helpful! Best in the area! I dislike going to any of the other ones nearby! They will ALWAYS get my business! Love you guys!

The guy who is usually quite polite maybe had a hard day. He was very dismissive of the couple/family in front of me and then when I asked if I could get a stamp how much it might be when he was scanning a bin full of boxes he exclaimed that he can talk and work at the same time. I didn’t quite get it. Then, I was berated til I felt the need to just leave the store. He talked over me to another person as if I wasn’t there and I felt bullied by both people. They both even yelled things at me while I was leaving. Totally unnecessary. I don’t know what happened all day or if it’s under staff, but it wasn’t me. I’ll find another way to get a stamp. NP
Also lots of nasty comments were made about people including coming during certain times
People work when they work and sending mail is an errand. It’s silly to say that.
Check your cameras around 5:30-6pm
If you have audio or anything else but you will see who was on shift. Thank you.

Worse couriers ever. I literally hate this place. The mail courier literally drove right by me with my meds in his vehicle and posted that he could not get access to my location which was a complete lie!!! What did his employers do about it?! Nothing! So looks like I’ll have to take matters into my own hands. Better not work today mailbitch!

Is very convenient to have a us post office that opens on Sundays. Unfortunately my experience with tellers there has not been the best.

I love love love !!!! This post office? They are open significantly longer and more days of the week than virtually any other office! I have EVERY SINGLE time, been treated with respect! I mail on average, three or 4 packages a week, usually with QR codes, and that requires the counter person to take extra steps and print a label and affix it to the package. Not once has there been a problem with anyone not receiving their package, or any attitude from employees, or anything else that would dissuade me from holding the opinion that it is the best Post office location in the area!! Thank you guys for all that you do and I will definitely be there soon!!

Very nice employees and good service, but the USPS needs to employ more people here. Sometimes the line takes forever!! The best part about this post office though is the long hours, which is probably why they don't employ more people.

The Holyoke post office holds my mail against me. My payment was not due until today. And all month long they would lock my mail box. So I had no choice but to stand in line for an hour or more just so they would unlock it. I ordered a new card from my bank due to theft. And it was not until two months later they put all five cards that I had to continue to ask to be reordered in my box the same exact day....there's no way each card was ordered a week or two apart from one another and all got there the same day...They sent my mail to my new address instead of holding it like they should have. And I have been waiting on a paycheck for an exact month; my employer said the checks already went out. The first check for this employer was the mail that got sent to my apartment instead of held at my P.O. Box and this second check is no where to be found. This place has behaved so sketchy for a place that was suppose to keep my mail safe from being stolen.

Danielle is the best worker and deserves a raise. Super helpful and Springfield post office was terrible.
