On multiple occasions I’ve asked the packages be kept at the post office as they have been “misplaced” in the past. 3 notes have been supposedly left stating not to deliver packages to my address so they stay at the post office yet every time they end up on the truck and I’m not able to pick them up at the post office the day they are supposed to be ”delivered”. Poor service all around.

I had great experiences at this USPS in Holyoke. The lobby is clean. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The clerk Cathy helped me fill the mailing label when I sent international packages. She also patiently explained what's the significance of having a signature from the receiver when I went there to mail important documents.
By the way, the people in the office know how to do prepaid mails.

There was a clerk who’s number is 06 who made an inappropriate comment about the shirt that I was wearing stating that the person who was featured on the shirt was very dark and “shouldn’t be that dark”. This was a very offensive comment and I hope that she receives disciplinary action.

My mail carrier is wonderful: he sets my packages inside my porch instead of on the outside steps so they don't get wet or stolen. Definitely above and beyond compared to places I've lived in the past.
