“Dr.Perdrizet has cared for my animals for the past 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Front desk Amy deals with tons of customers at once with the patience of a saint. Laura the vet tech is kind, personable and compassionate. I started going here with a kitten I found underneath my porch 3 years ago and by gods blessing my first visit was paid for… I’ve always wondered who but come to believe Dr.P saw a young girl who cared more about an animals well being then her pocket. I couldn’t afford the vet at that time but my kitten was sick and I needed to know if she was healthy or not. I’ve since returned with 2 other cats and 1 dog and still have nothing but great things to say about this practice including its affordability!!!! For those complaining about not being able to get ahold of them, I’ve been here for the last 3 years. The key is calling more than once (as in call on Monday and then Tuesday and so on) and earlier in the day is usually better, always leave a voicemail! I know this is a hassle for some but this is a fully scheduled and booked single doctor practice. If you want the turnaround time of a corporate vet then go there but the positives to this place are a long laundry list, compared to the few cons. Dr.P is an established vet with decades of experience and offering more than just your basic routine vet care. He gives every person more than enough time in office to go over their animals needs and treats every animal as if it’s his own. God bless this practice eternally ❤”

“This animal hospital is one in a million!! They went above and beyond for my girl when I was most helpless and vacation!! Stuck in the middle of the ocean on a cruise and my baby was home with family feeling ill. They had no availability but heard the desperation in my voice and made sure she was seen and taken care of !!!”

“I transferred my dog here after Valley Vet was sold to VetCor and they jacked up their prices. I compared prices with NVC initially for about eight different items I'd been billed for, and NVC was cheaper - often much cheaper - than Valley Vet on each of them. But most importantly, you do not lose an iota on skill level - all the vets at NVC are of the highest quality. And the facility is clean and friendly and staff is highly responsive. Could not recommend more.”

“My kitties and I love the team at the Cat Hospital! It is a calm healing environment with good energy— especially for nervous kitties! You can tell that Dr. Ricksgers and the staff live and breathe all things feline. Their passion for cats is palpable. They treat my boys with the best of care and we’ve been coming here for two years. They are also involved with a local rescue and they’ve saved countless lives. I also like that the office is incredibly clean and COVID-cautious, because I get sick very easily.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Florence Animal Clinic. Both Dr. Lorenzo and Dr. Kefer are truly wonderful. I’ve trusted them with the care of multiple cats. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoughtful in how they approach treatment. They take the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way. I also really appreciate their judgment and honesty. When something requires more specialized attention, they’re thoughtful about referring out rather than trying to do everything in-house, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to what’s best for the animal. The staff is equally fantastic: kind, responsive, and clearly dedicated to both pets and their people. It’s rare to find a clinic where medical excellence and genuine warmth come together so consistently. Highly recommend.”

“Today was my cats first vet appointment with West Springfield Vetrenery Clinic. He is a shy boy and does not enjoy leaving his Domain and gets pretty fussy. However, they are so wonderful over there! Everyone took such good care of my kitty and were very attentive and gentle, especially Bri. She was amazing with him!! He was way calmer than I thought he'd be and thats because he was being taken care of by people who actually care..and that is important to me! I have not had the best experiences with my last veterinarian, so I'm relieved Bubby and I found our place! Thanks to everyone who made our experience there, refreshing.”

“Dr. Larochelle was amazing as usual. It has been a few years since we lost our labrador, Rosie, and it was important for us to know Dr. Larochelle could fit us in her schedule before we got another dog. We were relieved that she could take on our new addition, Gabby. We met a new assistant, Carly who is absolutely wonderful. A great addition to the already fabulous team at Westfield Animal Clinic! Shout out to Megan and Cindy at the front desk. Fantastic. They were welcoming, patient and kind. They answered all our questions thoroughly.”

“I am a first time senior dog owner and feeding hills vet has been nothing short of incredible in his care! We mostly see Dr. Saraya Loretta, but others in the practice are great as well. Despite being a busy practice they are consistently prompt responders to my questions. The environment is customer friendly and clean. They gave me no issues sending prescriptions to chewy for my dog and are always transparent about cost when discussing care. They really act like he’s one of their own pets! Today, I got a personalized email of our entire visit so I don’t have to remember every little thing moving forward. So grateful I found this office.”
