Constantly get notifications saying my prescription is ready then it’s not. I was there for over an hour. On another note, staff kept hanging up on my insurance so I went there to talk to them (I live near by) and saw them hang up as soon as the phone rang.

I stopped in here in need of some batteries for one of the tools I needed to complete the job I had been working on.The employee behind the counter was helpful in assisting me with locating the batteries I needed to complete my assignment.

I have read reviews of customers complaining negatively of this Walgreens. I live in Puerto Rico and travel to Holyoke, MA every year between 2-3 times a year. This is the closest Walgreens to me and have no complains whatsoever because customer service to my persona have been always polite. Thank you!
