“We moved from Chicago to New Jersey and waited a week for our belongings. The day of the unloading came and we eagerly awaited our things. We then got a call from dispatch letting us know that the truck was having transmission issues and there might be a delay of up to another week. Elijah and Kelin came through. After dispatch called to let us know that we wouldn't be getting our things that day, Elijah called himself and said he was going to reschedule our delivery for the next morning, on a Sunday! They made quick work of getting our things loaded into our new place and we're super quick with reassembly of our furniture. It was a real pleasure working with them. They were in good spirits and genuinely friendly. And SO efficient! Grateful for their work!”

“I am so impressed by the customer service I experienced at this location. I am a vendor in the Chicago suburbs and had a customer claim she didn't receive her package a week and 2 days after it was delivered and was also asking for a refund. I called this location (as it was her local USPS) and the manager/post master (I assume) was so pleasant and kind. He looked up the GPS coordinates with the tracking number, which determined the package in question was DELIVERED to the correct location at the time of the scan. He even took the time out of his day to drive to the location for me and check to see if it was still in the package lockers which are locked (which it wasn't).If you are not a vendor that ships solely through USPS, you may not understand how REFRESHING it is to receive superb customer service like this...especially from hundreds of miles away. It helped me decide how to approach my customer in regards to a refund. Luckily, after I sent her an email that he had driven out there and could not locate the "missing package" and the GPS coordinates confirmed it was not mis-delivered, it miraculously appeared. How bout dat?Thank you! You are a kind, sweet soul and you deserve recognition for going above and beyond for me. So much appreciation for you!”

“I stopped in yesterday to drop off a package which required a bit of assistance. I was reluctant to go in as I knew it would be a problem. I am not sure who the little lady is that works in the Milford office but she was absolutely amazing, efficient and figured out the problem and assisted me through the end. She knew what she was doing! I walked out 5 minutes later amazed at this woman! Thank you so so much! And just for reference, we ordered business cards two weeks ago and it took 3 trips (not Milford) to finally receive our order. Staff always friendly but always seems to be faced with challenges that carry into the customer experience...”

“I only went into the United States Postal Service in Woonsocket, RI to drop off some business paperwork in the outgoing mailbox, today and yesterday. There's 2 parking options here - on street parking in front of the building on Social Street, or take a left at the traffic light, next immediate left after that leads to the parking lot in the back of the building. No handicapped options in the front of the building, there's a set of stairs to get in and out. Back parking lot I'm not sure about, but the back door is manual operation, same as the front of the building”

Recently had an exceptional experience with Monique when a package I was expecting had made it to this location but was somehow rerouted and was being sent back in the direction of the sender. Monique was extremely helpful, found the details of what happened, and took down my phone number. She explained it might be a few days to get it back. She called me 2 days later when she'd got the package back to their location to let me know she'd found it and it was now out for delivery. I honestly didn't expect to receive a call back, I thought she was just being polite. Really appreciated the exceptional customer service. Thank you Monique!!!”
