“I called this morning because one of my tires has been losing air very quickly and had to fill it three times this week. They were able to squeeze me in like an hour after I called. They found a screw in that tire and patched it and also topped off all my other tires. It took 20-30 minutes and only $40. They also took down my tire info in case I ever need new tires in the future. Will definitely be coming back when I need new tires.”

“We just moved up here from Texas in January. I’ve had a few run ins with a local mechanic chain I won’t name names… They see women and think ? I am assuming. The first time I was shopping around for an oil gasket and the guy told me he couldn’t give me a quote till they drained my oil took off the pan and checked I said no and he looked offended. Second my wife needed an oil change bad and they tried to get her to do all this stuff on her Jeep. Both times Paul’s was there to give an honest answer. I’ve learned my lesson. I’m just going with Paul’s from now on.”

“En route from Boston to Philly, a flat tire on the Mass Pike outside Westboro had us searching online for a tire repair shop. Midas was first on the list, and despite explaining our predicament they turned us away saying they were too busy, and refused to recommend anyplace else. Pete's Tire Barn was next on the list, so we called and were told to come right away. With the donut spare on, we drove the 20 minutes and upon arrival they got straight to work removing the nail, patching the tire and rebalancing the wheel before putting it back on our car for us. Everyone there was kind and friendly. They were true professionals, and their services very reasonably priced too. Just awesome!!”

I will admit that both times they didn't have the exact size I needed for my car in stock but were able to get it quickly. One of my tires had an issue with a slow leak after replacement and Tire Doctor took the car right away and fixed the issue at no cost. Highly recommended!!”

“Jim at Nice Car Care is an absolute angel. You couldn't find a better person or mechanic to put your trust in. Many years ago when I was a teenager with an old 1994 Ford tempo I was in an accident. My cars front body was damaged and and no one would fix it, it was totaled and because the car was so old, insurance would have only paid a couple hundred dollars and I could not replace the car with just that. Jim went to junk yards to find parts and worked tirelessly using his incredibly intuitive skills to repair the car, allowing this teen at the time, to have a car to go to work and school. It's 18 years later, I live in New Hampshire and my power steering goes, the rack needing to be replaced, while I'm here in on a put stop in Massachusetts trying to get home so I can start a brand new job, on my birthday, this Monday. I called everywhere and everybody is booking out weeks and weeks at the moment. Then I called Jim. I explained my situation to him and without any hesitation Jim said "I am busy but I really do want to help you". He is allowing me to have my car towed to him this evening so he can repair the car for me and get me home in time to get ready for my brand new job. I couldn't ask for a better birthday gift, ask for a kinder person to reach out to, ask for a better mechanic. Jim truly puts people first. His empathy and sympathy can't be matched. He is an amazing person and you couldn't ask for a more skilled or giving person to go to. If you truly want the best Nice Car Care is the place to go, hands down, no questions asked. Thank you Jim!
