Not only is the store filthy, but I could share several incidents of incompetency from the pharmacy, including accidentally providing my child with the wrong dosage of medication, not transferring the medication to the right pharmacy location, and most recently calling me to tell me that my prescription was ready to be picked up, only to tell me when I got there that they couldn’t release the medication because it had not been long enough since the last prescription, even though the second script was called in by the same doctor.

THEY NEVER ARE PLEASANT (IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB LEAVE) YOU CAN'T TALK TO A HUMAN YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AN HOPE THEY CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY DO THAT DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE DOING THEY TELL YOU RX IS NOT COVERED YOU CALL YOUR INSURANCE THEY SAY IT IS EVERYONE YOU TALK TO HAVE DIFFERENT ANSWER THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED!!!

My CVS store where I live is fantastic only takes me five minutes to get there and they have everything I need and all of everything in my prescriptions or anything is already taken care of. Thank you CVS. God bless blessings…

Don't know what they are doing most times. Get orders not good on the phone. Wait in line to long don't pick up phone when you call.get machine ask too many questions.

Wow, staff seems to follow everyone around due to their recent surge in shoplifting and it’s very uncomfortable. CVS needs better training in loss prevention and to let people pick up their prescriptions or shop without these employees practically breathing down your neck. Do better CVS! Not everyone steals! Get it right

if I could give the CVS zero stars I would first of all if you don't have an adult with you you're not allowed to go in and if there's a line of kids three at a time and there's a massive line this lady is just pushing away business and do not come here I am telling you right now boy causes s**t boycott it it sucks the manager needs to be fired and we need another new manager so if you have abilities come on come in come on show your abilities save the CVS and do better.

The service is horrible. Specially the Indian rep at the pick up is so rude, incompetent and really needs to be re-trained. It happened to me about twice-thrice and then got compelled to write this review.

Hopkinton. Maybe I am asking too much but how hard is it to be pleasant. I don't expect them to be like TV folks who know your name and greet you like they care but jeez no one there seems to give a good care. My asthma inhaler was broken and not useable so I brought it to the attention of the pharmacy staff and they didn't care one bit that they sold me defective merchandise . Bring back the family owned who care.

Pathetic business model in this pharmacy -- you order online, request a pick-up time, show up sometime after that pick-up time & they haven't even started working on it (ask you to wait around for 20 minutes on your time), so you leave (with assurances that they'll work on it now) and come back a day later and they still haven't even started working on it. So next time you call ahead -- and nobody answers the phone (perpetual on hold). Pathetic & done with them
