if I could give the CVS zero stars I would first of all if you don't have an adult with you you're not allowed to go in and if there's a line of kids three at a time and there's a massive line this lady is just pushing away business and do not come here I am telling you right now boy causes s**t boycott it it sucks the manager needs to be fired and we need another new manager so if you have abilities come on come in come on show your abilities save the CVS and do better.

The service is horrible. Specially the Indian rep at the pick up is so rude, incompetent and really needs to be re-trained. It happened to me about twice-thrice and then got compelled to write this review.

Hopkinton. Maybe I am asking too much but how hard is it to be pleasant. I don't expect them to be like TV folks who know your name and greet you like they care but jeez no one there seems to give a good care. My asthma inhaler was broken and not useable so I brought it to the attention of the pharmacy staff and they didn't care one bit that they sold me defective merchandise . Bring back the family owned who care.

This is a great store! Way better than the Walgreens in my area. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially to runners trying to stay warm and dry. Clean too!! Definitely going to shop here again.

This place is awesome! They opened the doors for Boston Marathon runners to wait before the race during the rain. Great service to customers and non-customers alike!

Worst customer service ever. Waited in line to pick up a prescription for a sick relative and the pharmacist/ Tiffany closed the pharmacy at 1:30 pm for lunch and said I would have to come back in 30+ minutes. Explained it was just a pickup and it was for a sick family member and she didn't care. She also refused to give me her manager's name

I switch to this place what a mistake very rude no help they just pass the buck to someone eles give you bottles of meds off there shelf for which I have a hard time to open (this saves them time)they are lazy if they don't want the job leave you won't be missed people who are sick and need meds should not be treated the way they treat you I should shut my mouth cause you don't want to know what I really feel about this place.

Unfortunately, this location turned out to be the worst CVS location, pharmacy specifically. Unprofessional pharmacists.., my prescription was sent in the morning, 4 hours later still not ready. They just kept saying " wait 15 minutes",15 minutes later again " wait 15 minutes" and so on. I spent 1 hour waiting at this location in pain just to hear again " wait 15 minutes". Eventually had to leave without my prescription. Had exactly the situation with my son's prescription. Never again. Avoid this pharmacy.

worst cvs pharmacy ever. prescriptions talke numerous days to fill - ridicolous. not to mention, pharmacy line moves at a snails pace. suggestion to cvs corporate - hire more staff or just close. you suck!!

This is a photo of their trash can at their entrance. It accurately prepares people for the quality of service once they enter the door.... Pharmacy has been great, but this place is managed so poorly.

They do not answer the phone. Period. Last time I needed to talk to a pharmacist, I called once, waited five minutes. No answer. I waited a while to call back and was on hold again for 10 minutes. No answer. I tried a third time, and after waiting for 10 minutes, I got in the car, drove 10 minutes to the pharmacy, and handled the issue at the counter. I left my phone on the entire time. They still hadn't answered.This location has essentially given up on providing customer service. Unlike other commenters, I've always had positive interactions with the staff. I feel sorry for them. They are clearly always working hard. Their employer on the other hand, whose profits appear to be rising between 10 and 20% per year, deserves to be put out of business.

Worst pharmacy ever. Requested assistance with filling prescription, got complaining pharmacist, who stated she is too busy and by herself and she will not be able to fill in time sensitive medication in the next two day. Completely unprofessional and all she did complain to me. Move your services to another pharmacy, only idiots sitting at that pharmacy. I would remove licensure from that pharmacist and reevaluate CVS if it is capable to even provide regular services.
