“Just had a fantastic customer service experience here - was going in 'just to look' at bathroom tile ideas for our upcoming remodel project and came across Kara at the register/customer service who found Kyle in tile to help me think through what I needed, sizes, estimated and even took me up on my request to do a quick walk through to help me match the vision in my head - he is talented! Both very professional and how refreshing that they actually seem to enjoy what they do for work! I highly recommended this location to my husband who is a General Contractor and typically works with small independently run places since they often times seem to be better at what they do compared to big box/chains. My experience today proved that is not always the case! Grateful they both made my day so enjoyable and easy!”

“Jim was great!I called to get dimensions for drawers for the Millstone Island.(The drawer dimensions are not listed on the website. Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”

“The line always takes forever. Especially during the weekday which doesn’t make sense because you would think to go during the weekday which doesn’t to avoid the weekend crowd. Nope there’s always one person on the register.
Content wise I love this specific home goods. So many cute things and a wide variety of aesthetics. They have a lot of stuff but maintain organization.”

Not only do they have a huge inventory of rugs they also have laminate flooring. They installed quickly and did a perfect job. Thanks to them it looks like we have a brand new house. “My mother recently passed away outside Philadelphia, PA at 86 years old. Her Great Grandfather and my Great/Great Grandfather (Abraham Yeakel) was in the Jewelry and Clock business in Perkasie, PA in the 1800’s (Yeakel Jewelers and Clocks) There was an heirloom grandfather clock originally built by Abraham Yeakel in the 1800’s and passed through the family to me most recently. I was very fortunate to connect with Richard at Hills Antique Clocks, I had heard great things about him and his successful clock shop and quality restoration work in Holliston, MA. Richard did an outstanding job with the restoration and just delivered the restored grandfather clock back to us in Franklin, MA. He was very meticulous with the delivery and set up to keep precise time. I highly recommend Richard and Hills Antique Clocks for your grandfather clock restoration needs. Richard was a great person to deal with through the restoration process and delivered on time and complete.”
