I've never had a bad experience here. Sure, the USPS network might have some systemic problems, but the postal workers at this location have always been polite and helpful to me.

It’s obvious the people at Hopkinton post office have been chugging the Pfas tap Water in town. My mailman has been giving me mail from my previous tenant for the past three years. I have written him several notes asking him not to do this but he just won’t stop. I called to try to make an appointment to get a passport for me and my daughter. The woman who answered had such an attitude. I use my parents house to send out mail because my mailman never sent it out either. I don’t know what the point of having meal in this town is anymore.

I understand why some people think the staff are rude. They are direct, but I would not call them rude. I stood in line for some time during the holidays to mail my packages and found that the staff were efficient and helpful in getting packages/mail processed. Unfortunately, not unlike other businesses, there is some assumption that you know your way around the post office processes. I found that if you ask the questions they respond. Could they be more friendly, yes! But I did not find them rude or unhelpful.

Just had a very positive, pleasant conversation with the postmaster about fixing a lock to my mailbox that is part of a set of mailboxes at the end of my street. He will speak to the carrier in the morning and hopefully fix the problem. Happy that he was so helpful and will have this matter taken care of immediately.

Convenient location. Depending on the day/time of the visit, there can be a wait time. Service is slow but staff is friendly. Plenty of parking and easy access.

Great Customer Service from Fatima. I went in to the Post Office with a passport application for one of my daughters, unaware that an appointment was required. She proceeded to squeeze me in and deal with the application request right there, to save me returning at another time/date. TY Fatima, nice job!

Went in today to secure a passport for my daughter. Fatima could not have been more pleasant and helpful with the picture and paperwork.

Worst care I’ve ever experienced. I was inside the post office with an urgent international package but the woman with New Yorkish accent would not take another two minutes to change the sender’s address. She had to close the place in my face because I was the last customer. She spoke for five minutes but did not take literally two minutes more to change the address. She did tell me where to take it, but seriously? Yes, I had no left enough time but I needed a little (two minutes more) for an important change of address. I left quietly heartbroken with the package in my hand in the rain. I can’t fathom how such heartlessly strict people can live with themselves.

The worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. Entire building full of useless workers. Staff hang out in a side office and let the line build up. One time I asked to purchase a photograph for my passport and the counter clerk actually laughed out loud and said “we haven’t had a camera in years” Sorry to hear you can’t offer any service. Be ready to wait in line. No wonder the USPS is going bankrupt. Use UPS or FEDEX.

The manager at Hopkinton Post Office is a j**** He is incompetent and does nothing. He should be fired. Service there is the worst. Use UPS or FEDEX.

Rudest experience I have ever had at a post office. Lady with short hair and glasses should be fired!

Today I have an appointment for a passport. No plans to go any place in particular but another step to prove my US citizenship. As I go to different post offices I get different answers to my questions about passports. One post office I won't name informs me the main processing passport office in Philadelphia is closed and your paperwork will just sit there but you need to make an appointment. So I ask why then do I make an appointment if office is closed. I get a blank stare. The 2nd post office stated no passports until after May 4th. The third in Hopkinton said sure make an appointment on line and we can help you. They were quick, professional service and it was greatly appreciated. And this is during the Covid-19 pandemic

I think some people take advice in the wrong way. This so-called "rude lady with an accent" suggested how I should mail packages when I started using eBay. I followed her advice, and now my shipping costs are lower. If I was overly sensitive, I would have been offended, but I know that she was trying to be helpful to make my situation better. They are hard at work there and always greet their customers with a smile!

Rude, unprofessional, and full of attitude. They ought to be ashamed for accepting a paycheck for this terrible level of service. I can't wait for the Ashland post office to reopen so I never have to go here again.
