Ben Bogen's team just did a great job installing a 2nd electric vehicle wall charger in our garage. He installed the first EV charger 11 years ago and has done other work for us as well. The work site is spotless when they're done. Ben is experienced and very professional - can't recommend highly enough.

*** installed my recessed lights 4 years ago and one went out recently. I contacted him to repair it, and he said he would have to charge me for the service call as well as for a new light l, even though it is still covered under warranty. When I informed him that I contacted the supplier who said they would give him a new one to install, he ghosted me.

Ben and his tech have done a few jobs for us now since we moved into our new home in Stow. They do a great job; very thorough and professional and in one case found a way to wire things without having to open up the wall even though initially he thought he would have to. Always good to find solid companies you can count on like Bogen Electric.

We had a few switch problems in our house and had called Ben to come and troubleshoot and fix them. He sent his tech Mynor over this morning to check things out and within an hour we had two switches, a light fixture and two doorbells installed. We were very happy with his attention to detail, he was very capable and I have to mention his personal appearance. Granted it was the morning, but he projected a very responsible and capable image.

We had 2 electricians in here last week, trying to figure out our problem. One guy was here for a few hours and one guy was here all day- both of them could not figure out the problem. Bogen Electric came here and had the problem SOLVED and FIXED within a half hour. Mynor was extremely professional and courteous, and it was quite apparent that he is indeed an expert in this field. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family without hesitation. They were in and out, problem solved, with fair and competitive pricing.
