My boxholder experiences are consistently good at this site and when I have needed help with tracking or package condition questions, they have provided attentive and thorough service. For bigger issues when research is needed, I always get a followup at the interval I was promised-- including emails and phone calls.

Somewhere along the postal route a check I had sent out to pay a bill was mutilated . The postal service sent the remnants back to me in an enclosed postal envelope with apologies. I rewrote the check and put it in an envelope and brought it to the Hubbardston post office . I expected another apology and stamp to resend since it was mutilated and he very reluctantly complied and responded in defense saying “ Well it WASN’T Hubbardston that did it!”Come on!! Where are your customer satisfaction abilities?! Poorly handled!December 24th ! Christmas Eve day… Merry Christmas!

I’m never going here on my behalf, always visiting the post office on behalf of a family member to send something back through the mail and I always get stuck dealing with the same guy. I’m a very patient and friendly person but when I come in, this man (bald guy (sorry don’t know the name)) is very rude, condescending, and gives me attitude every time. There clearly is a reason that this place is rated so poorly and the guy has a major impact on it. I’ve read several other reviews in which I believe they are talking about the same person as I am talking about. This guy should not be employed in a job that requires customer service experience because part of that job requirement is treating people kindly, warm welcomes, politeness, and holding yourself to a higher standard. This guy represents the post office VERY poorly yet somehow still remains employed.

I’ve been going to the Hubbardston Post office for a couple decades and have never once had a problem. Everyone there has always been helpful, polite and calm. The only time I have ever seen a customer have a problem there, is when they themselves are the problem. Thank you Hubbardston Post Office Crew!!!!!

Every time I'm there, I'm spoken to rudely and with a condescending attitude. The post master is by far the worst. I dread going there. I will go out of my way to drive to another town so I don't have to deal with any of the staff there.

Carriers keep delivering items and leaving them in the rain, under an eve, partially covered (sometimes, but seldom) with a plastic bag, but sometimes the package is sitting on the ground with the plastic only protecting the upper part of the package like it was left today with the lower half of the box soaked, or as was the case with the other item, the box is fully in the bag but not secured so that water could not seep into it. Again, why would someone put packaging under an eve in the rain? Have complained about this more than once and it still happens despite the fact that there is a front porch on the building probably 60 feet away with a roof that would help protect items from the elements.

The staff in the post office are great. The post person that delivers down Worcester road is horrible. Always leaves my packages in the rain not wrapped in plastic, example 08/05/17 and the rain destroyed a book I bought and had to send back to Amazon. This happens all the time. No consideration for the customers, just earning a paycheck.

I had a package that I could not locate. I spoke with two people - both very nice - the second one Dan Couture - took a look, saw the package was scanned - we could not figure it out. Knowing we have had a few issues this year, he then drove the neighborhood, checking to see if maybe it ended up at another house. He called me to tell me the result and then came by to show me the scan location on his laptop, the item was scanned right outside my garage. On a hunch, we opened the garage doors and looked around - the package was just inside the garage, tucked up against a motorcycle, hiding in plain site - I had looked previously and missed it. I have to say, this was by far, the best customer service I have gotten!
