Had 4 tires installed around a month ago. Last week I noticed a fairly significant vibration and finally brought my car to an independent tire shop today. My car has been less than 3000 miles and all 4 wheela were out of balance to the point where the shop wanted to know where they were installed. Now I don't know if it was balanced incorrectly or if the weights have fallen off, but obviously this is completely unacceptable. I suspect it was because I bought the tires during their 150 off promotion so the job was not done right. While I feel bad for the overworked employees, people should avoid this location until they get they get proper staffing and can do jobs correctly!

BJ's Optical randomly closes for 30 minutes at the height of rush hour. This is SO inconvenient. Why would I ever come back here?? I'm switching back to Costco. They were always well-staffed and reliable.

Rave Mike for his work ethic. Disappointed in Tim who left before completing the task.Let me tell you about our Tire Balance and Rotation service at BJ's in Hudson MA. Let me tell you how fantastic Mike was. Unfortunately the other employee that was working on the car only had to torque the 2 driver side tires. His shift ended and he left the vehicle untorqued changed his clothes and told Mike that was all that was left to be done. Needless to say he (Tim) was wandering for the next several minutes in and out of the waiting area. SMH...Meanwhile Mike is working with 2 other customers. Mike was very patient with the customers and thorough. When Mike finished with them he then torqued the 2 tires and pulled it out of the bay. Mike was very nice and calm. I appreciated his friendliness. Mike is a very good employee for BJ's in the Tire Service area. Stay safe Mike.

I had a flat tire today and walked into BJs tire to ask the worker to check my tire. Once I told him I purchased my tires from another company Mike told me that he could not help me. I asked if he could come outside and just check it. He did check it in which he could hear the air coming out. He went back inside the office. I went back into the tire shop office and asked if he could at least put my spare on so I could drive my car. One worker was willing to change my tire while Mike said he could not put my spare on since it is a liability. He was rude in his tone with me and not a kind person.

The gm of the store is a liar and a lazy excuse for a manager. I was using the express pay on the BJ's phone application. The transaction failed according to the app but $204 was taken from my account. I have supplied them with every bit of documentation that could reasonably be supplied so that they could rectify this. My financial institution has repeatedly stated that BJ's is the only one that can undo this. the general manager claimed that there was no transaction on record and that BJ's couldn't refund anything. I submitted documentation immediately back to her from my financial institution stating that not only did BJ's acknowledge the transaction but they put a hold on the amount of money and are still trying to process the transaction. At that point, she stopped responding. She promised that she would get back to me and she did not. the corporate customer service team is equally as incompetent. Not only should she not be in a position of any type of management responsibility, she should immediately lose her job. BJ's stole $204 for me and this piss poor manager is complicit.

This is the worst experience i ever had.the tire staff is so rude and never try to slove ur problem in phone . The order is so late almost took 10 days for tire to arrive Thats ridiculous ? when you order for warranty tire they dont give you tracking no so u can’t track and you dont know Whats going on they never update the situation and never call you back. They need to learn some manner to talk to customers. I see so many reviews 1 star now i know why ? this is not good for company like this .

I pulled into BJ's tire center with a flat and they said because I didn't buy my tires there, they couldn't patch my tire for me, even though I am a card carrying BJ's member. Pretty ridiculous. That kind of service makes me hesitant to ever buy tires there in the first place. Because I was turned away, I started to change my own tire in the snowy parking lot in front of their store. The reason for the second star as opposed to just one is because the guy behind the desk ended up feeling bad for me and pulled my car in and mounted my spare on his own accord. At least someone there cares about customers. Change your policy BJ's. It stinks.

I ordered my tires online and went to this center for installation. I have a difficult 12 passenger vehicle bit they found a way to get it done! Very appreciative that they could fit me in when one of the techs had an emergency and they had to cancel. They gave me good information on rotation too.

I just want to say BJ are usually pretty good in terms of customer service, so my experience today may be just an one-off incident. But it left me scratching my head. I chose to stop there this morning to avoid a crowd to quickly pick up 4 items. The issue started during checkout. I was at the self checkout line, trying to get in and out as quickly as possible. An employee came over and stood fairly close to me to ask about BJ visa card or some credit card promo. NO, I am not interested in being that close to you and being harassed with sales pitch on a credit card. Then the check out screen asked about this same stupid credit card promo. No, just let me check out and pay, so I can be on my way out. While I was navigating the checkout screen to say no to this credit card sales pitch, this same employee felt it was necessary to pick up my items that had been scanned and placed them in a different shopping cart than the one I was using and had cleaned. ??? WTF? Why do BJ or this employee think I wanted anyone to touch my groceries? I told her I can get them and didn't need her help. Another employee who was approaching me to make the same sales pitch on the credit card, then chimed in to say, don't worry, she has gloves on. That was NOT the point. There was NO need for her to touch my groceries. And when I said no thanks, I can do it myself, please respect that and leave them alone. Instead she kept going until all 4 items were touched and moved to another cart. She then told the other employee that oh, he isn't interested in the promo, I had tried. I am like, WTF? Why are they approaching customers in close proximity to try to sell me another credit card? The icing on the cake was when I am about to leave. One female employee was standing there, behind the plexiglass to my right, where customer would show the employee the receipt prior to exit. As I approached, she left that spot and moved to my left. I looked at her and looked around, two other employees were at the entrance to the left, where she was now headed in that direction. I slowed down, but no one was coming this way. So I was thinking, I guess they didn't need to see my receipt since they can clearly see there were only 4 items in the cart. Just as I was walking past them, a male employee then barked out, wait, I need to see your receipt. WTF? Where were you? At this point, I was fully annoyed by the whole shopping experience. He approached and without any plexiglass between us and right next to the female employee that was standing behind the plexiglass earlier, but now all three of us are close enough to hold hands. I held up my receipt for him to see. He insisted on touching the receipt. There is no reason why he had to hold onto the receipt. If he needed to see that closely, he or someone else should have been standing behind that plexiglass. I just gave it to him and tell him to keep it and continued to walk out of the store. This store's employees seem to have a total lack of common sense and judgement.

I just left the Hudson's store with a package of 2.82 pounds of ground beef when I got home I was separating it by weight and found out I only had 2.14 pounds of ground beef. I checked my scale I waited over and over and still I do not have even closed to 2.15 pounds much less 2.82 pounds what a rip off. Price gouging at B j's I never expected. Believe me I won't trust them again after weighing all my meat I was shorted quite a bit on steaks pork roasts import chops also it wasn't just the ground beef

Awful place! Be prepared to wait not just for tire mountings but for basic customer service.. I believe their real reviews are lower than posted

I understand during the pandemic that everyone is stressing out, causing a lot of headaches and thanks all the employee for being an essential worker. We as customers are facing then similar issues coming home to our family being worried too. Cheryl B., (supervisor) from customer service area in Hudson Ma has a bad attitude and horrible customer service. I honestly don't understand how she manages the area "supposedly". Any question she has is either ugh or agh. Just contact cooperate offices upon a issue I have with the orders. When I first got into line, as per 6 ft, she already gave me the stink face cause I had my PPE on. I honesty tried being polite cause I could feel the tension going on. The store wasn't busy just apparently she's the one cranky. I've have spoken to a senior management about her attitude and hope that she doesn't have a fit with anyone else. If she's having a bad day please just take a breather go outside where no one and relax couple minutes. It could be a health issue if she keep stressing out or emotionally depression.. don't take it out on others.
