“UPDATE 06/22/2023Vacuums were fixed the very next morning!If you run into a problem while at Title Wave Car Wash, it's very easy to get in contact with the owner to voice your concerns.I was also compensated (free car wash!!) For the money I lost. So, I mean..... That just made everything better.I'm still sad there's no crevice tool tho...?Update: 06/18/2023 I made the mistake of using vacuum number six! UGH. Put my #4 quarters in, nothing happened.., I threw in another quarter, still nothing...I swung around to machine number five, put my money in, vacuum turned on but was not working correctly. Very poor suction. So today @ tidal wave car wash on Washington Street. I lost $2.25 + time + energy.=Update 11/28/2022 NO crevice tool. #6 is jammed with quarters, #1 is clogged or something; no suction. Waste of a $1 I've been here for 30min &got Nothing accomplishedUpdate! Hell yeah. Number six rocks now!!I haven't hit the crevice tool in a while. Stay tuned...Vacuums are the worst! Some probably work better than others so my tip is skip #6”

“Such a good bang for the buck! We chose this company initially because it was more affordable and convenient (they drive to you), but we ended up being blown away by the quality of their service as well. Our car had some marks on the carpet that I couldn't get off after much scrubbing, but they were able to clean them completely. The car looks brand new afterwards! I'm definitely gonna be a repeating customer from now on.”

“Valet Pro Detail did an amazing job on my car! I got the super interior detailing with the vomit remediation add-on (due to a mishap that happened the weekend before). Not only did they make the interior look brand new like when I first bought it, but they even cleaned my gas cab for me and it looked like they even did something to the exterior to make it extra shiny. They did miss a spot near my seat belt though, but they were more than accommodating about having me come in the next day to get to that one spot. We're all humans and we make mistakes and sometimes miss things-- it's ok!On top of that, the customer service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. When I first dropped my car off, I was waiting for my Uber and they offered to drive me back to my apartment and even pick me up when my car was ready. Of course I already had my ride situated, but I really appreciate them making sure I was taken car of.I highly recommend Valet Pro Detail for any of your detailing needs and for the impeccable customer service!!!”

“"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”

“Highly recommend! I brought my car to the Westborough location to see Vito a number of times and each time my vehicle is spotless. He does a thorough job and gets into every nook and cranny when he details a vehicle. I usually get an exterior detail with clay bar to remove the tiny rust spots all over my white jeep. My car is usually in rough shape from the winter and now looks brand new. I’ve been to other detailing places that were cheaper, but the attention to detail was lacking. It’s pricey, but absolutely worth it!! Not only will you not regret it, but I guarantee you’ll be a returning customer. Vito is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does. Will most definitely be a lifetime customer.Services: Clay bar treatment”

“Just, wow! I don't think I've ever been to a car wash as clean and well taken care of as this Scrub in Marlboro. All the equipment appears to be well maintained and in excellent shape. I recently met the manager Jeff and I have to say, besides being extremely handsome, is a stand up guy. He takes great care of this place. I can tell he puts his heart and soul into this immaculate facility. It's obvious that he takes immense pride in his job, his staff and the atmosphere at this location. I go out of my way to visit this car wash frequently, all thanks to Jeff, his awesome staff and the amazing facility.”

“UPDATE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR MONTHLY WASH CLUB: It’s a shame one thing can totally ruin an experience for a car wash. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY WASH CLUBS. I cancelled my plan before the end of the month and I’m still getting attempts for $49.99 charges on my account and reaching someone to help get this mess sorted is ridiculous. This has been ongoing for weeks now. Really unfortunate because I did like the services here however, beware of this issue with the billing your account after it’s been cancelled.Great car wash and extremely friendly staff. I have a 4 door Jeep wrangler and most automatic car washes do not rinse the soap off entirely. This automatic wash did. The ultimate wash was the one I chose and can attest to the quality of. They also have free vacuums out front for when you are done.”

“Love this place. Getting a car wash is pretty expensive now A days and this one is also however to me it’s worth every penny. I believe it ranges from $14-$20. I only use the touch less so I can’t speak about the other one. The touchless one does a very good job and is detailed and powerful. It’s never crazy busy there so typically you can get right in. Enjoy!!”

“It’s not perfect, but definitely good enough in a pinch. $22 for the ultra wash using the soft touch bay on the far right got my SUV 85% clean. From other reviews it sounds like the no touch bays could be less effective.Same thing for drying - around 85% dry given it’s a quick shot of high pressure air before you exit. If you have wider than normal wheels, this place is good because you don’t have the automated tracks like other places.$1.50 for 7 minutes to vacuum is decent. Whenever I’m in the area for youth soccer or hockey, I use this car wash. Fuss free and easy to use.”
