My 5-year-old wanted to go there. As we can usually find something budget-friendly. That's entertaining to him. however, this particular day he had to use the bathroom and they refused him access by saying they don't offer it to the public, but I could go next door to the dollar store and use theirs. I'll find another place to shop.

My experience here was awful. No one is ever at the register, just employees pretending to be working to avoid getting yelled at, because everytime I come in here all I see is someone being yelled at by the so called “general manager”. Employees are never eager to help, it’s always just grumpy old people that work there anyway ( no seriously I am yet to see someone that’s not elderly work there besides the manager) I have been coming here since it opened and it went downhill this past year, you’d think they got back on their feet by now but nope. Back to the manager... when I was there previously this very nice man by the name of Gunther did an amazing job running the place. But ever since mansgement changed, the place has gone downhill fast, the manager also isn’t a bottle of sunshine either, she’s rude and disrespectful, and almost shunned me because I didn’t want a reusable bag, but had a lot of items.Highly discourage coming here unless you want some old person to give you attitude while they ring your stuff out

I see why these guys have so many great reviews. My daughter asked me to pick something something she ordered online.I had never been in here before so after doing the pickup I ended up buying five different items for myself that were a steel. The person that waited on me was very friendly and courteous. I'll definitely be back

Disgusting place!! The district manager likes to make their female employees cry but tell them that they want the work space to be comfortable, totally unsuitable for the position in my opinion, they have workers drinking on the job, leaving alcohol nips in the bathroom, there were cockroaches crawling between candy isles. It looks like the only thing anyone does is open and close, no prep no cleaning, nothing, it’s never neat and tidy, there’s always miscellaneous stuff all over the store or the ground, there was broke. glass about a week ago on the ground. that place needs a health and wellness check.

I came in previously last Saturday and was extremely unsatisfied. An old lady with a slight odor checked me out, she was extremely rude and scanned my items very slow. Came in today at 5:30 and my expirience couldn’t have been better!!! Two young ladies helped me out tremendously finding the charger for my iPhone. Thank you Brile And Analisee for your hard work! Nice to see some polite people around that place.

Lady checked me out was so rude, smelled soo bad I couldn’t even breathe. I just wanted to get out of there. Had a nasty mask on.
