First time visiting Hair by Chaves and I was not disappointed. Sammy did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I have coarse gray wavy hair that intimidates many stylists Sammy understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to recreate it from a photo. She also gave me some good suggestions for products as well. Definitely understand why this place is one of the top rated salons in town.Service: Haircut

I called and made my appointment two weeks in advance for a color and cut at this salon I had never been to. On my way there I encountered traffic on 495 and called the salon to tell them I would be ten minutes late. When I walked in, my stylist was mixing color and told me she was now taking care of this walk-in customer so I could just sit and wait. I was stunned and disappointed but sat down in the waiting area only to be completely ignored by the rest of the staff. After about 10 minutes I decided this poor level of customer service was too disturbing and I no longer wanted them to come near my hair so I got up and left. I wouldn't go back under any circumstances whatsoever.

I started coming here for my hair after a friend recommended it! I've been seeing Sam and she's great! She knows her stuff on what to do with my thin curly hair, is professional, and we share a love for dogs! And, it was because of her I discovered Vanessa for pedicures! Sam suggested her and I just finished my first pedi after a long time of feet neglect due to covid-19 shutdowns! Vanessa did an amazing job and was so pleasant. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process! so glad I found Hair by Chaves!

These People are not professional, the last time I went in there was a stylist with a dog.... All she did was yell the girl next top her. Needless to say I walked out and went somewhere else. Im sure Great clips would have given me a better first impression and are no rude in front of clients.

Diane is amazing, she’s cut my hair for years and does a phenomenal job every time. Jen is another stylist there and has been there for a while and is amazing. I’ve know both of these ladies for over 20 years and highly recommend them ♥️ The rest of the staff is always so welcoming and warm. Every time I’m there I always feel like family!

I had a opportunity to go the salon last week. I have to say the hairstylist was fabulous and her name Shaina. Altho she didn't cut my hair, it was my sister's. It was the best cut I've ever seen her have. Ty Shaina
