  I had a great experience with John's Automotive! My car started making some strange noises, and I wasn’t sure what was going on. I called them up, and they got me in right away. The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and honest. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly—no pressure or upselling. Even better, they found a simple fix that saved me a lot of money. I really appreciate their transparency and how fast they got me back on the road. Highly recommend!

  they towed my truck in February damaged the passengers door passengers mirror while towing the owner Angela said she wanted me to have them fix after 3 weeks of phone tag she agreed to paying me 1000 dollars to go though my insurance. after 2 more months of saying the check is in the mail she just told me nothing was in writing and hung up on me .

  Countryside towed my car from a designated visitor spot from my apt complex. When asked for images of the car at the time of the tow, Countryside provided me an image that was conveniently cropped to exclude the VISITOR spray paint on the spot so it seemed like I was not parked in the right area. I’m not sure how you don’t know where the visitor zones are when you’re a contracted towing agency for a complex. this should never have happened.
  
  Images taken at night were provided by Countryside. Images taken the following morning show the same cars around me from the night before clearly proving I was parked there.
  
  Thankfully I was not forced to pay, however this put a huge strain on my day and I do not appreciate the fuss.

  I contacted AAA the other night to have my car towed and the tow truck driver was awful, rude, and overall very rough with my car. The app that was sent said his name was William. I hope to not have to use your services again. When AAA called and asked how my service was I let them know I wasn't happy and I was hung up on I'll just use my roadside insurance next time..

  I didn't use their services. I booked a diagnostic on my car, showed up here, was laughed at when I mentioned I needed a loaner car. At that point, I realized I was at the wrong shop

  So, after asking around who was the best service and price for a full synthetic oil change w filter and new crush washer w disposal ($60!!! As of 2/25/22), and a lot of folks said "Johns Automotive on River Rd.". Well, I had a scheduled oil change here for a week or so...it's busy for a reason...it is what it is. Of course, it's a snowstorm today. Already 6" on the ground. Had to keep the appointment. I was expecting the to be closed, but nope. Dan took my car right in, and if I wasn't chatting so much, it'd of been done in under 15 minutes instead of still only 20. These guys are great! Thanks to all at Johns Automotive. -Cliff

  My wife's family has been bringing their cars to John for years. So naturally I started bringing my vehicles there as well. They are always friendly and courteous, and their pricing is the best in the area. I definitely recommend this business. Same owners and location as Countryside Towing, who is also a AAA affiliate.

  Can’t say enough good things about Johns Automotive! I had called with a list of issues (Tire light/sensor, A/C, turn signal not working, engine light on, both headlights out) and they were able to get me in next day. I had brought my car to a previous place I had been going for years that continually was unable to fix the issues, but they got it done no problem. They also noticed a safety issue with my tire and they were able to fix it, and although they don’t align them they were able to bring it to/from J & K tires for me. Will definitely be coming back!Services: General repairs & maintenance

  These guys are awesome I have always taken my 528i bmw there and they take care of me and my family if they cannot diagnose my problem they have referred me to somebody who can every time they fixed my problem cost effective or not They have never surprised me with a steep bill regardless of repairs they are always upfront. I have had a lot of work done by them however not cheap every time they get the job done at a cost or below and at fair price as possible and they do great work For a great rate and will give you a heads up before sticking you with a large bill unlike a lot of auto repair shops their honest hard-working people Who have your best interest in mind and that's hard to say in this day and age.Every other place you walk in with a BMW you're looking at a lot of money for repairs because they think you have it Instead of taste This is a different automotive shop by far “kudos to them”
