Very helpful Associates provide assistance without any sales pitch. No attempt at up selling either. Went out of their way to locate an out of stock wind breaker for me by calling a warehouse even though the computer in the store showed no stock. Excellent overall experience.

Stopped in to get 4 items I had my eyes on after clicking around on the L L Bean website… found what I was looking for in haste. Tremendous assistance from the employees. I’ve received compliments on my navy sunwashed textured cotton sweater! And my son wears my 3 season beanie more than me now hahahaha. Thank you guys.
