I drove an hour to get two Solar torch lights on clearance sale. I get to the front and they ring up as 1cent each. The manager said he cant sell them, I said the store should honor the price. "Nope". Then change it to the clearance price, and it was on the screen he could have entered it. "Nope, I need to throw them out" R U Freaking kidding me!! I bought a boat load of lights from this store and still like the place. But I just got screwed on this one.

Lowes has a pretty good selection for our needs. The people working there are friendly and willing to share their knowledge.

Very poor customer service. Noted another review complained of being hung up on. Also occurred to me. Failed to notify me when the scheduled delivery was delayed. Had worker scheduled but did not receive merchandise. After numerous calls was told not delivered because had not yet received small item ordered. I informed them to deliver what was in stock but told that I would have to pick up whatever came in later. Once I told them they would have to deliver-- each call I made afterwards inquiring as to the remaining items--was told still not received. More likely they were never going to deliver the minor item-- I was forced to purchase the item, in stock, elsewhere. Lowe's appeared very happy to cancel that part of my order.
Will never use Lowe's again.

I’m sorry for leaving a one star but there’s a room for improvement here. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered and promptly hung up. Upon calling again, there was no response. When I went to the store, the staff member who assisted me did not recommend using your services so I ended up leaving. Despite previously purchasing a fridge, dishwasher, and washer from your store, the experience was challenging, and this time was particularly disappointing.

I have had a horrendous experience with a garage door installation. I called the proper number and made an appointment. The installer did not show. OK. I called again and was told someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Nope. Called again and suddenly I had an appointment with a man in Pennsylvania and I am in Massachusetts. I think this goes to the scheduling of ANJI. ANYWAY, someone showed up unexpectedly from Anji (had ID) and installed it. But installed the safety sensors incorrectly so they have fallen off where they were mounted. I went to the Hudson store and talked to a Brian, who was very helpful. He gave the the number to call and I did. I was then transferred to the Philippines to someone with limited English who said someone would be in touch about coming back within 24-48 hours. Right.... we'll see. Sounds like buck passing to me but I refuse to pay for a garage door technician on my own as I already payed a hefty price to Lowes. A MONTH AGO.

I had ordered an online order, which I had my alternative person pick up the order. The customer service person named Tatiana was nothing but rude and stated because my alternative person had an out of state ID, she could not pick up my online order. The policy did not state that a person cannot pick up an online order with an out-state ID. I have been a customer of Lowes for a decade, and I will no longer be a customer at this store.

Convenient, usually open and some very helpful employees. Not all but definitely some great folks. Many project completed around the house and so many more trips to Lowe’s. Great to have close by
