Our associate was Paul. Asked what we were looking for. Very accommodating. Basically showed us the BeautyRest and the variety of firmnesses. Pricing was in the area that we were expecting to pay for the total. We went for the twin XL mattresses. We wanted something we could basically put together, but yet had our own space. Our queen didn't seem to fit what we needed. My husband likes the Medium firm where I like the Extra firm. So these should be a great fit for us. Paul was not pushy at all. Definitely would recommend using your company.

I worked mostly with Jay, who was friendly and didn’t try to push anything on me. He was clear with pricing and wanted me to make the best purchase for me, not what would cost the most. The prices were straightforward and very reasonable, and the other clerks who helped me were equally kind and helpful. This is my second mattress purchase from Mattress Firm and am glad I returned after shopping at the competitors.

This was the easiest furniture purchase I have ever made. Jason, the sleep expert who helped me, was personable, kind and payed attention to what I specifically wanted. There was no pressure to buy this more expensive item instead. I would recommend this store, and Sleep Expert Jason to any and all!

The sales was friendly and knowledgeable. They let us try various mattresses and compare various brands and price points. They honored all sales prices and discounts. They made it purchasing a mattress a pleasant experience and I highly recommend the Mattress Firm in the Highland commons in Hudson MA.
