My toddlers and I went in for a flu shot. Nurse Stephanie did a wonderful job! She gave my kids “super powers.” It was painless and overall a perfect experience !

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a really bad infection from my wisdom teeth and needed an antibiotic, I stated that on the forms. I was 8 minutes late, and my appointment was already canceled. I sat there and waited for the only girl to go in and she was out so quick and asked if she could see me. She said I'd have to reschedule and there wasn't anything at all available. There wasn't one person in the waiting room! The CVS was about 40 mins away! Absolutely ridiculous. Go the ready med next door. Better service.

Wish I could give zero stars. I was 5 minutes early for my appointment and they told me I was late, showed them my scheduled time, said that was wrong. Made me reschedule on their monitor which froze and took twenty minutes then finally said they have no meeting left today. Will be filing document with the BBB.

Just went here the other day and the person who saw me had no idea what they were doing. I don’t think they have an actual doctor here which is concerning. She didn’t do anything to help me and told me to take some over the counter meds. Went to my doctor the next day and she prescribed me antibiotics.

For the last 6 months they have messed up every order. For my Ambien they were calling a dr that had nothing to do with that Rx. When I went to find out what's taking so long they said they called me and left messages. That was a complete lie. Other times they said they sent it to the Dr bu got no response. So I call the dr and they say they never received the request. So the dr sent the Rx and CVS fills a different one. I was then charged $149 for a drug that should have been $18. Today I called about a refill I ordered 8 days ago. They said they are having communication issues with contacting the dr. I asked for the number they are calling and she said 616- I stopped her there. 616 is Michigan. My dr is in Boston with a 617 area code. This is a dr and medication that I have been taking for 2 years and they have filled several times. How does the number get switched?? So I asked why I wasn't called. She said they submit it 3 times and then call if they don't get a response. But since this is a communication issue they wouldn't call me. So do they assume because they can't get through to a Michigan number for a dr in Boston that I no longer need the pills?? I never thought you get any lower than bring the worst at something, but this cvs has done just that!

The lady was rude and said she didn't like attending kids and was saying rude comments. She guessed my son had an ear infection but was not sure I mean how could you not be sure ? Also two other moms cussed her out and walked out.

This is for the front of house cashier - As I walked in an acknowledged her presence walking towards her she ran away into the room between the photo center and cash register area. I'm not sure if customers are treated like this normally for this place but until I said "Excuse me I need help" she acknowledged my presence- I needed my passport picture taken - she said no one can do it right now - My next question was "when can I come back?" No reply and walks away - That's when I walked out - Bravo for this CVS's customer service - I never would expect a mid-age woman to be such a b**** -
