We have been bringing our dog to this store for grooming since he was a puppy. He is now a senior citizen and has some mobility issues. When we bought him for his usual grooming. The girl at the store today (august 29th 2023 the hudson mass store) was very rude. In a very rude and mean voice said..."im sorry but your dog is just too old to come to this store". While i can understand the stores concerns about an older dog and possible injury, the tone of voice and attitude of this "employee" was absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say we will not be bringing our business for all our pets needs anymore. I hope petco management sees these comments and addresses this with their employees and educated their employees on taking a more polite and compassionate attitude towards elderly animals and their families.

The groomer does a horrible job and is very unorganized/unprofessional. I do not recommend taking your pets here!

I do not recommend. I did not like the treatment. Also they sent several txt messages to confirm your appointment, very annoying.My dog had tons of salive from the oral vaccine however no one cares to clean the dogs mouth. Unless I asked. Also some people were able to approach their pets and I was kind handled different by the person giving the shot. My little dog, Lila, was very very scared and they seem no to care about your dog well being only to how much they can sell in vaccines etc … Stay Away !!! Pic of my tiny dog
