Terrible service and customer service. Employees unwilling to serve, in a bad mood, I received poor service from more than one employee, horrible, rude and unsolicited delay. I do not recommend.

Make sure you take pictures of price tags and coupons attached to tags, prices and discounts never match up at the register.

I used to like the grooming service with Cassandra. Booked an appt for my dog for every 4 weeks. Suddenly got a txt msg canceling my appt out of no where, I txt them back and asked why it was canceled, they said because i booked with the wrong groomer. I mentioned that it was very unprofessional without any notice. They canceled the next month's appt and told me to look for another Petco. How crazy was that?

Unhealthy cleaning process. On 4/15/24, I visited the store. I was shopping and then heard an electric leaf blower inside. What followed was a cloud of dust, hair and whatever else that was on the floors. The store cleaners were leaf blowing the floors rather than sweeping. I spoke up and the person apologized and skipped to the next aisle and started blowing again. They were wearing a mask. It's certain that the hair, and feces from the floor is now all over the merchandise. Please be aware of this health hazard in the future. Especially if you have a weakened immune system, are elderly or bring children in there. It was truly nauseating.

Always is so good, but this time after the vaccine we were checking food and toys and leashes and my puppy felt bad and puke and feels bad and the dr. saw this since far away and came fast to check her. This was so great for me, when we arrive to the house my puppy was like new and she still is, but I really appreciate what the dr. did!

My recent experiences at the Petco location in Hudson, MA, particularly with groomer Cassandra, have been incredibly disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer, I have encountered numerous issues with the Petco app's booking system, resulting in frustration and inconvenience.
Cassandra's lack of concern and professionalism in addressing these issues only exacerbated the situation. Instead of offering proactive solutions, she displayed a dismissive attitude and failed to assist effectively. Moreover, during a conversation regarding these issues, Cassandra abruptly hung up on me, showcasing poor communication skills and disrespect towards customers.
As someone who values excellent customer service, I cannot overlook the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Cassandra at the Hudson, MA location. Petco should prioritize training and support for its staff to ensure that customers receive the assistance and respect they deserve.
Until Petco addresses these concerns and improves the quality of service provided by its staff, particularly Cassandra at the Hudson, MA location, I cannot recommend their grooming services.

Despite multiple attempts to address issues with the Petco app and booking system, along with an unprofessional interaction with Cassandra, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. On multiple occasions, I encountered difficulties with the Petco app, resulting in being locked out of the booking system. Instead of offering proactive solutions, Cassandra displayed a lack of concern and failed to assist in resolving the issue effectively. This demonstrates a clear lack of customer service and a failure to uphold Petco's standards of professionalism. Furthermore, during a conversation regarding these issues, Cassandra exhibited poor communication skills by abruptly ending the call. Despite maintaining a calm demeanor, I was met with disrespect and rudeness, which is unacceptable from a representative of your company. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and assistance when facing challenges with your services. I urge you to address these concerns promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not endure similar experiences in the future. I would appreciate a response detailing the steps you will take to rectify this situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring moving forward.
