My Note 9 had software issues and Gabriel helped me swap it out for a new Galaxy S23. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I love my new phone??

Diego was really awesome and a conversation individual. He was able to get me in and out of the store with no issues and always went above and beyond throughout all steps and explained each process of the upgrade completely and made sure I understood it.

So great and helpful. The man who was working helped us select a phone and then explained everything about the plan and whenever we were confused he broke down what he meant very kindly. Phones can be confusing and he made it simple and easy. Great store with great workers!

Staff(a guy, beard, semi heavy set, no one else in the store) was rude and lazy, had a simple issue he refused to resolve. He wouldn't swap a fried gateway device because I didn't have the power cord. Customer support said I didn't need it earlier in the morning, he still refused to swap. I called customer support again...they confirmed that I DIDNT need the cord to get my defective unit swapped. Staff is rude and ignorant of their own policies. Avoid.Edit: just cancelled and switched to Xfinity for half the price and twice the speed. Thank you Hudson TMobile for being so incredibly bad at your job, saved me some money!

I personally have never had much luck with phones and the people who sell them. However, working over by the t-mobile in the plaza, I decided to upgrade everything. No more pre paid for this guy. Kathleen and Jeff are absolutely fantastic and know what they are doing. Extremely patient because in a world full of tech, yah hafta be. Great job t-mobile team in Hudson commons.

Terrible customer service! The store rep messed up our trade in offer and when we called back to the store they could not help or accept their mistake but hung up the call and never answered our calls. She said our bill won’t go up but it went up by $90 a month extra!!!

Great service so far, we switched from AT&T and Cricket respectively. Sometime back, I upgraded by in phone to 12pro and missed sending back the trade in device. So I had to pay the full price! Just before end of Sep 2022, my wife and I were in Nashua, NH and upgraded both our phones to iPhone 14 pro. Thinking in person is better. Guess what - we received one iPhone 14pro max yesterday which I opened in excitement (just the UPS box) and realized it is 14pro max. So I called in and was promptly charged $70 restocking fees. Told about many instances of fraudulent activities by people like me. Luckily, I intercepted the second 14 pro max that I don't want and returned it with help from customer service (live people they promise and I did get them). So let's hope the third time when I find an upgrade option that I like I will be lucky. Meantime, I do want to put this out there.

I changed from being a long time customer of AT&T because of what it was costing me a month. I went into the store about a week before I decided to switch to get information regarding switching to T-Mobile. Kathleen Crocker took her time to explain all the different options I had. When I return a couple of weeks later (which was Sunday 7/24). Kathleen switch over the phones for husband and myself. All well trying to take care of other customers as it was very busy that day. She advised me that she would take my house phone number and call when everything was transferred over. I came back and Kathleen took more time with me to explain how my new Galaxy Watch4. She ended up helping me pick out a plan that would be best for my husband and myself and is now saving me over 100.00 dollars a month on my cellphone bill.Everyone one that walked through the doors Kathleen explained to them how long the wait would be in to come back or they could just wait .Kathleen was extremely professional and helpful even the next day when I went back to get help with finishing up setting up my account. She is very knowledgeable about all their products. She also gave me her business card and told me that I could reach out to her with any other questions that I might have while I get adjusted to my new phone.I would highly recommend going to this store T-Mobile service. as it was a very warm environment.Again thank you to Kathleen for helping me out as I switch to T-Mobile as AT&T kept going up on their rate and had no respect for long time customers.Kathleen DHudson, Massachusetts

TMOBILE, is not worthy of any kind of salePromotion, sales specialists can not find one in the Store. Covid-19 Distancing and many other services are still in the RED line of Sales more special Advertising is neededThis is only my opinion. Been in here 2 times and both times the managers there weren’t helpful slightly rude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Both times told me 30 -40 min waits with staff of hand got cold shouldered I am not going back to this branch again .. Marlborough apex is way better and act helpful. I only tried Hudson cause my gym is in the same plaza.

A shout out to Kathleen Crocker at T-Mobile, Highland Commons location Hudson MA. Have been a loyal Verizon Wireless customer for 30+ years. Husband is on my plan; went to Cellular Sales, Solomon Pond Mall. They swapped out his old iPhone for a new 13 & said it was at no cost under a Verizon promo. Long story short, we got screwed, billed by Verizon full price $830 for new phone. Verizon would not honor the promo & said we owed it. 5 visits to Cellular Sales, they said they would not fix. Plus Verizon doubled monthly charges w/new phone. Kathleen took care of everything, T-Mobile paying cell charges, switch to T-Mobile, & cut monthly bill more than 1/2 + $200 gift card promo. Fingers crossed this is legit. Will update later with results after first bill.
