Stars if you're blind, I would not recommend U-Haul by any stretch of the imagination they are stealing credit card information by telling you your card is being declined when it is not because they want to double charge you and take your credit card information run away from this business oddly enough, he stores his U-Haul trucks at the most expensive gas station in Massachusetts BP powder Mill Road419 a gallon buddy really bull crap. Somebody should shut these guys down.”
“I have rented a lot of uhauls over the years and a handful of storage units and this location as well as any I have been to have honestly had the best customer service. I work in customer service myself and have for a long time. Everyone is always straight to the point but nice and helpful. I think this is what people really want over fluff.”
“They have a small rotating fleet of trucks and vans, efficient and friendly. Also they are a gas station, service garage, they have a small convenient store and sell propane at reasonable price.”

“Dealer good-Website bad! Your U-Haul Website is absolutely useless. It never works and I have tried to use it at various locations. Fortunately the staff at the locations are great and always help you out but you can forget about "self" check-in/check out" and God help you if you show up after hours when a location is closed. Shut it down, fix it and rerelease it, it's worse than JetBlue which is at zero stars.”

The manager, supervisor, staff are very kind….All my questions were answered and I was given a great understanding of how to access and utilize my storage. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. I also was doing a one way U-HAUL vehicle drop-off and that process went very smooth. Overall, I was extremely happy with my service and would definitely recommend others?”
“I made a reservation online, walked inside to finalize and get my keys which only took 5-10 minutes, and everything went smoothly. I was worried about this being a little gas station, but the owner is friendly and helpful, and the truck was in good condition. You can also park your car in his back lot if you don't have someone to bring you there and back to pick up the truck.”
“I recently had to rent a power washer, and I wanted to share that my experience dealing with Monnick/Marlborough Grand Rental was excellent. I have been taking my equipment to them to get serviced, as well as buy necessary hardware supplies. Often times we overlook the smaller stores and go to the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc). However, these guys are personable, friendly, willing to help, and they work with you to solve your problems. I will definitely go back here, and I do recommend them.”
