“I visited Pleasant St Smoke Shop for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. They had a very robust selection of products covering a wide range of needs. I was able to find what I needed at a great price and was even able to order a product that was not available. I met the Shop owner and his son, who were extremely friendly and very helpful. I will be visiting this shop mamy more times in the future.”

Vape City had my back, though. They exchanged them for the correct ones at no charge. Very helpful gal in there. Had to give props.

“Spectacular, down to earth people. Artsy gadgety gizmos. All sorts of stuff for smoking and vaping. They have just about everything you need for smoking supplies... actually reminds me fondly of a place called Headlines in Nashua, which unfortunately closed quite a few years ago. Love this place!”

“I bought 2 crave 4500s from this place...the first 1 lasted less than 24 hours...the 2nd one is still going after a week....I went in and spoke with the woman at the desk and explained that 1 was malfunctioning....I wasn't trying to pull a fast one or anything I just explained what had happened...she absolutely made it right...great customer service and I will continue to purchase my vapes from this shop because of it....even though the company that produces the vape does not apparently do anything for the distributor of their product and they take a loss....despite this, she did the right thing...thank you for your service”
