Hi all. In the past I been ok with Walgreens . A few days ago I became not so happy with them . No permission given they transfered my scrip to Marlboro and have no idea what store. So now I need a Dr to send in a new scrip. This is crazy. Oh well. Please train your employees.

needs more pharmacy staff. have been on hold for 45 min today for an insurance question. the line dropped at 45min so now I'm at the back of the cue again.getting my refill at this location has been a struggle every single time. either they won't stock my meds, so I have to wait several days for them to be ordered, or they come up with some other issue as to why I have to wait several more days before I can pick up my RX.It's exceptionally frustrating!

Don't try calling the pharmacy unless you plan on sitting on hold for at least 30 minutes.

Pharmacy is incredibly slow. They never answer the phone, not even for a doctor call. Twice my son's Dr had to hang up.Ever since the takeover of Rite Aide, this Walgreens has gotten progressively worse.

Prescriptions are sent in and rarely processed. I always have to follow up with the store to make sure they received them from my doctor. After calling to verify, I’ll often show up and they either don’t have it or tell me another 15 to 20 minutes. It’s mind boggling why such a store would be so incompetent, time after time. I need to switch.

As I had had two previous vaccines at this location I thought it would be easy to get my next Covid shot today. I made an appointment on line last night to have my vaccine at 4:45pm. I arrived and checked in with a pharmacy worker at 4:25pm. I was instructed to sit down and wait. Sometime between 4:40 and 4:50 a mother arrived with her two young children for vaccines. She checked in. Then after 5 minutes the mother was saying loudly to her children how she thought they would be taken quickly and started walking with them parallel with the pharmacy counter. Note in all the time I was waiting no other people were taken for vaccines, nor were there any other people waiting other than myself and the family. Shortly after their "stroll" started, the pharmacy worker that had checked me in, opened the door to the room where they do the vaccines and called to the mother and said they were ready. As the mother walked past, I asked her what time her appointment was--she said 4:15. Interesting that she thought she should be taken quickly after being over 25 minutes for her appointment. After the mother and children left, the same pharmacy worker called me in for my vaccine. Not even an apology.

They are great, going to get medication, can get frustrating, we’ve all been there.They don’t take it personally and they know how to de-escalate an argument.I came out getting what I needed .The effort is above and beyond, and well appreciated , Ashley the pharmacist especially.
