Ordered Pokemon cake for grandson's birthday. Got home and opened box to see a plain frosted cake, NO Pokemon anywhere on it. Very upset and kids were disappointed.

FANTASTIC STORE!! The manager, Mo, Chrissy-associate, and Michael Mallery - customer service do such a great job, but everyone does there. Excellent place to shop, and kudos to those three people and beyond - great job folks! J and P

Due to hi theft rates all self serve cash registers are 15 item or less and have a bunch of "watchers". Only 2 registers for everyone in the store at 3pm on a Sunday. The line was ridiculous. I'm done with this store.
