“It is a rarity in this day and age that when you walk into a business asking for help and they actually come through for you. We had a situation that was very important to Kathy and myself that involved Kathy’s 83 year old mother with her bike. Pat had gotten a bungee cord wrapped around her sprocket and had fallen off of the bike. We could not get the cord out so we brought it to the shop.
This is her only form of transportation and after hearing this Ken the mechanic immediately put it on the bench and we got the bike back next day after him spending many hours on it. We are ever so grateful for this exceptional bike shop.
