“Just wanted to compliment you, Jeff Craddock, Bike Builder and Repair Guy extraordinaire Doug and all your obviously dedicated, as well as passionate and helpful employees on your truly top local cyclery, sea and outdoor sports store!I have been shopping around for a good bike repair shop and had already stopped in at a few from Hyannis to Harwich to Plymouth, but just wasn't convinced in any or all ways. As soon as I walked into your store, I was impressed with first, a sticker on the front window that called my attention to an award for excellence, which I had not at all seen in other competitors’ stores, I also immediately noticed how clean, stocked and organized you are, a genuine willingness to try to help me, especially with a special order and simply finally, simply feeling good that I made the right choice entrusting your shop to do a good job. Actually, because I've worked in and am personally experienced in bilingual customer service, that's all mighty huge!Following these extremely positive first impressions, I was really looking forward to picking up my new and improved second-hand trike! Because of all the aforementioned, I was already expecting to be more than pleased with a high quality job, and I must now say, that I really was! I now belong to the ranks of Sea Sports highly satisfied repeat customers….and can honestly say that I do look forward to an ongoing positive relationship in my newest preferred sport shop!”

“It is a rarity in this day and age that when you walk into a business asking for help and they actually come through for you. We had a situation that was very important to Kathy and myself that involved Kathy’s 83 year old mother with her bike. Pat had gotten a bungee cord wrapped around her sprocket and had fallen off of the bike. We could not get the cord out so we brought it to the shop.
This is her only form of transportation and after hearing this Ken the mechanic immediately put it on the bench and we got the bike back next day after him spending many hours on it. We are ever so grateful for this exceptional bike shop.
