On 9/13, I started shopping here with my mom. My mom's had a bjs membership before and just got another one on 9/13, and I've always enjoyed coming they always have everything you need here for reasonable prices. And everyone is so friendly. I found these pajamas I loved here and wished I bought them. I love that you can even get clothes here

Michael is a wonderful attendent. He approached us yesterday and asked if we needed any help packing our groceries in the car. He also offered to take away our cart when we were finished. All around a star employee. He was extremely pleasant and efficient. Thank you Michael ?

The female manager is super rude. Went to cash a lottery ticket not even close to close and they already pulled the draw. The one in Plymouth is way better even thought it’s further away.

Dead rats under the coolers in deli and on another visit in cheese section. Coupon system provide no confirmation of discount and non of the items are marked that there is a coupon. The phone app search typically does not find an item coupon. User interface requires you to select each of over 200 coupons instead of all at once. Check out system is a joke. The door guard handled each of my items with no gloves and sent me back because there was an item short. He counted wrong 3 times. We returned everything due to the disrespect (Jeff) at the door and that process made us wait 30 minutes while each item was returned instead of scanning the total and refunding us. A call for the manager Sue was fruit less after 30 mins. This is the Hyannis store. We will never return to BJs..

The staff is very unknowable. They have no idea of what they’re talking about. I asked about the discounted membership renewal and was told by management they don’t do that anymore but a week later I received an email offering a discount for a membership renewal. They asked did I want a BJ’s Mastercard and I was told by two different managers that it’s only a soft inquiry. Before I could walk away from the counter I received a notification from the credit reporting agencies that I had a new hard inquiry….. they have the worst management team….

The staff was friendly but I'm really upset. They got rid of the big check out lanes where I can take my big order ring it out and bag. Staff in the lines normally rude and refuse to use my bags. I will think twice before coming back and renewing my membership.

The store is completely filthy, They need to shut down and clean it or hire people to do a huge cleaning, Also the staff is very unprofessional and rude, If they do not like their job go somewhere else. I used to spend $500-1,000 every other week in there to feed my family of 6 but now I go to market basket much cleaner store very nice staff. Sorry but it seems like corporate doesn't care either.

My main concern is about Customer Service. The Lady named Barbara ignore the expression customer satisfaction. She always causes me problems when I need some help from the Custumer service. Another day I decided to go to BJ only after my work and I didn't have the discount book. I went to customer service to ask for a new one. She first asked me why I wanted one. Why would I ask for a discount book?!?!? The answer was so obvious that I refused to answer. She refused to give me the discount book. She said my copy had already been mailed. And that if I wanted to go shopping, it would have to be without discount. Can anyone imagine a response like this coming from the customer service? She definitely needs better training and management needs to better select who stays in the custumer service.

Store smells like raw sewage. Store employees are aware of what is wrong for MONTHS! We’re talking gag reflex, urp in your mouth disgusting! They’re happy to tell you about the problem they are having with their chicken roasting and waste removal and how smelly it is. They know all about it and do nothing about it!! This is not a way to treat people you want to spend their money with you.Update: a month later. Same stink. Unreal. And we PAY to shop here! Reported to customer service, again, but just got the “another crazy customer,” blank stare. LOL. One employee said the department of health has been in. But nothing happened. Just do not care about customers. Plain and Simple. Had to leave empty handed. This store is a health hazard!
