“My wife and I attended our 2 yr recertification blended course for First Aid / CPR / AED. Casey Jo was our instructor and she was OUTSTANDING. I have been certified in the US Navy, at UCONN, by Boy Scouts of America and this is my 4th time by the American Red Cross. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and knowledge combined with her detailed instructions and comprehensive assessments of our skills was the best I/we have experienced.
